Honestly am pretty upset with this place. My husband bought my ring from here for a pretty penny and I have had SEVERAL diamonds fall out. Even though I have the warranty and insurance when I got them replaced the jeweler left a prong mark on the band part of the ring that is now not fixable. So I have a big knick in my ring. They can’t fix it. Low and behold the diamond they replaced has fallen out yet again. Also the people who work there are pushy and try to get you to buy other things when I would never seeing as my ring is much lower quality than I expected for the price that we paid.

I should have read reviews and done my homework. I fell in LOVE with a ring in November of last year and kept an eye on it! My fiancé purchase a ring that was double the price and at another Jewelry store. I ended up(due to poor customer service) returning that ring and marching in the Helzberg Diamond in Tacoma Washington, I didn’t even look at the ring! Theresa the store manager remembered me! I asked her about my finger size and ring being compromised because of it(ie: diamonds falling out) she explained no not with this ring; and the transaction was complete. I kept the ring in the box until My fiancé came home– in opening it thru out the day I notice it had a diamond missing!!!’ In shock and disbelief I called Helzberg and told them. Theresa lived in my City and offered to pick up the ring on her day off after an appt. I said oh it’s okay, don’t want my fiancé knowing he may be upset after all I went thru with first ring, so after picking up son from school I went to drop off ring to have fixed. Mind you had driven there earlier and its 45 min away. Dropped off ring went to food court picked up within the hour. Placed in box the next day fiancé put it on my finger and we both noticed it was damaged… I was so sad! Called yet again and explained that when the diamonds were being replaced evidently the ring– was damaged. So I waited a week and a half for another special order ring; I called and checked and finally It was in– brought damaged ring in and gave it another shot… Months later yet another diamond had fallen out, then a sales associate(since Theresa had moved to out of state) stated that it’s so common with this setting and my Ring size so at this point they wanted me to downgrade carats and do anther style… So pick a ring in not happy with and go from a carat and a half total weight to something like 3.5 or 7.8 carat not even a full carat… My fiancé and I just want our money back! I’ve put in a call after Jared new store manager said no, and have been waiting ever since, left 4 messages and I’ve went two weeks without an engagement ring. Such a disappointment. My experience I can only Share. I wouldn’t buy a diamond engagement ring from here… Such a sad experience

I used to work for this company. It has changed for the worst! This is by far the worst store I have been to. My husband and I couldn’t believe how judgmental these women were towards us! We’ve spent a lot of money at this company. We only needed our rings sized, the looks and crude comments from them all were very unprofessional. I will never go back to this location.

Pushy sales people fighting for commission — their«TO policy» — never let a customer out the door and if you start to «lose them», then«turn them over»(TO) to another seller — the goal is to wear you down and convince you to buy something and then to buy the warranty on it — avoid this place! Too many other good jewelry stores with good merchandise better pricing, and knowledgeable sales people to put up with this place… «Lisa» is the worst of the bunch — what a pig!

Customer service was fine until I went to pick up my $ 10,000 wedding ring and noticed new scratches/a huge gouge out of the side of a prong. According to the jeweler, I must have not noticed them before and fixing them would cost me a lot of money. Really!??

I don’t know how the previous reviewer had such a bad experience, this is the only store I ever buy jewelry at and they are wonderful. The employees have NEVER pushed me on anything, never tried to get me to go over budget or coax me into a payment plan. They always find something absolutely perfect, on the spot and always well within my budget. No hassle replacement of a stone that fell out of a bracelet charm. I always get impeccable service, never have to wait, they are attentive, but let me browse without pressure or pestering. I love this store and I could not more highly recommend anywhere to buy jewelry. My husband gets all my jewelry here as well, I purchase gifts for him and my mom here and have been for the last 6 years, also, they send free gifts for anniversaries, I just received a voucher for pearl earrings as an anniversary gift with a hand signed card. I could not be more pleased with the excellent service I ALWAYS receive.

My husband took my Movado watch in to have the battery replaced and to have a link added but he wasn’t given a quote on the spot because he was told that they would have to contact Movado about prices. We were told that they would call us the next day to let us know and the whole day goes by without a call and we call them a few hours before closing and were told that the girl who took in our watch would absolutely call us before leaving for the night… Well, guess what DIDN’T happen! We continue to call for the next 3 days and can’t get in touch with this girl and no one else there is able to tell us anything either. We even spoke to two different managers, who told us that the turnaround time is longer because Movado does all kinds of testing and checking on the watches that come in, which is fine… but we get the watch back 8 days later and the back of the watch is scratched where they pried off the cover to switch my battery, the watch wasn’t polished and there was no extra link. My guess is that the watch didn’t actually go anywhere and they didn’t have enough courage to tell us. NEVERAGAINWILL I DOBUSINESSWITHTHEM, THEYARESUCH A WASTEOFTIME! I WISH I COULDGIVETHEMNEGATIVESTARRATINGS.
