Cerellos Pizza

Cerellos lacks a sense of customer service. When we were delivered a pizza in a box soaked from the bottom by an unexplained liquid, we sent it back. The same pizza was then redelivered in a new box but was so soggy, it was like a dish sponge. It was inedible. We called the store and they refused to issue a refund. We threw the pizza away, and will never order from them again. It’s not our first awful experience with Cerellos. No thanks.

I love the food, but the personality of the owner earns the restaurant an additional star. I feel like I want to jealously guard the restaurants I love because I don’t want them to become too crowded. But this place has consistently great pizza, good cannoli for a surprise dessert, and great cheesy bread. One time a friend and I waited for our order to be ready, and the owner surprised us with a glass of red wine while we were waiting. Whether you ever receive a glass of wine or not, toast your glass to this hard-​working owner of a great restaurant in Fircrest. Also this is your chance to support a local business. My personal favorite pizza, created by my friend’s husband is pepperoni, pineapple, onion, and mushroom. For some reason that combination with this restaurant’s great sauce and crust go great together.

My boyfriend and I decided to get pizza to-​go as we were feeling lazy and craving pizza that night. We decided to go here because it’s a block away from us and it seemed to have good reviews. When we came in to pick it up, the place was clean but was empty. The owner seemed pretty nice and even cracked a couple of jokes. We got the garlic chicken pizza ($ 11.99) and hot wings ($ 8.99). The pizza was a bit bland and dry. It wasn’t memorable at all. I don’t even think we finished the leftovers.
The chicken wings were horrible. It didn’t taste like hot wings, or even chicken. They were mushy AND tasteless! They were supposed to be bone-​in wings but felt more like inadequate boneless wings. I couldn’t even taste the sauce. Sometimes I can look over tasteless wings if they were cooked well, but the texture was too soft and basically inedible.

Have ordered pizza and wings several times. Great service when I order take out. Never been disappointed.

On walking in, the owner Bosco greeted us with a smile and two glasses of wine. He spent a few minutes getting to know us, a trait that’s very rare in modern restaurants.

This is my second visit here and we love, love, love the pizza! The crust, sauce and toppings are so fresh and amazing flavor! Quiet, cozy atmosphere! Great with a friend or a small family to enjoy a slice of heaven. Awesome service and will be back again soon!

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a large pepperoni and mushroom pizza with hot wings. The food arrived sooner than we anticipated so we were happy about that. Unfortunately, that is all we were happy with.
The pizza itself was tasteless. The cheese and sauce had absolutely no flavor and literally — there were about 1 – 2 pieces of pepperoni per slice, that were under the cheese. Um… did they think we wouldn’t notice the serious serious skimping on pepperoni on a PEPPERONI and cheese pizza??? The mushrooms seemed like they were sprinkled on with an eye dropper. Smh.
The hot wings were seriously lacking. They weren’t actually hot and tasted mostly like salt. Finally, their Unilocal page shows a 10% off pizza coupon for checking in. When I mentioned it over the phone when placing my order I was told «actually ma’am, we don’t have anything on Unilocal right now.» Actually, Cerello’s you do. Like I said — I would give zero stars if I could. What a waste of money. We didn’t eat the food delivered to our home because it was so poor. Now we are still hungry and out 30 dollars. What. A. Waste.

Came here last night with the wife. pizza was awsome!!! Will deffiently be back! The waiters are friendly and nice open enviorment I can see my food being made! Also! I hate when I go out to eat and my drink is empty ! They were on it ! I mean my glass got half empty (or half full) lol their they were to hook me up with a refill! Now that’s customer service! The owner is very nice and was concerned that we throughly enjoyed our food… and we did (: great food, great service !!! Will be back for sure!

Love the pizza here, fresh ingredients and great service, the only problem I had was that the location was pretty hard to find

Fabulous Pizza & Wine! Not only is the food hand crafted, the wine & service are GREAT! The servers have a classic white chefs jacket and they wear a black chefs hat too.
Today I had a veggie pizza with a white sauce base. It was an 8″ pizza and looked and tasted amazing! The pass are ALWAYS served HOT. I have been here several times since the new owner and it is just amazing!
This is definitely a new favorite of mine as it is consistently great. I highly recommend it. Cerello’s is a bit small but very comfortable.

The food and the service were both top notch. Fair prices too. I had the thin crust pizza. I basically are too much because my mouth wouldn’t let me stop. The owner guy was kind and funny. I’ll be eating there again soon. That’s for sure.

I will never eat at this location again. I brought in the gift card that was a gift from a client. The owner stated that he would have his signature on it if he had given this gift card out. He then said that he could not except it. I asked where someone would get the gift card if not from their location and he did not know. Obviously he’s a scam artist and Scout sells gift cards to people and then did not raise them later on because the employee didn’t put the correct information on the gift card. I would never do business with someone who is so shady.

I work graveyard shift and didn’t bring a lunch for work one day. Decided on pizza for delivery but after reading the reviews for Dominoes and Pizza Hut I opted to give this place a try. I’m glad I did wasn’t sure if they delivered as far as D street which is where I work and to my surprise they did.
Ordered one of their daily specials the large 3 topping with a side of chicken wings and added an order of cannolis for my sweet tooth. I shared with some of my coworkers my lunch and to their delight as well as mine the pizza and chicken wings were delicious.
The cannolis were scrumptious, two come in one order so I tried a raspberry and chocolate both were devine and tasty. They delivered earlier than the expected delivery time which was even better considering I hadn’t eaten all day.
**Prices are good for the quality of pizza you’re getting.
Have since ordered from them several times and each time they have remained consistent in courteous customer service and prompt delivery on or before time expected. Highly recommend!

My wife being italian (off the boat not fake american italian) thinks it’s the best american italian pizza she’s had. The most authentic being La Guitana in yelm and Olympia, yelm ones better though. Anyway, she’s picky, and she brought me here tonight for my first time. Walked in, Indian dude polite and professional. Order fast, chicken bacon sandwich and pizza. I thought the sandwich was great but the pizza was ⁸⁄₁₀ was GOOD but maybe I was just in the mood for shitty dominos or something. Ingredients seemed fresh and it’s obviously better for you then Pizza Hut little Caesars BS.
Inside was nice, people were nice, food was good, I’d recommend.
