I’ve tried ordering from this location 3 times now, and each time I try, either nothing is available or no one answers the phone. This is the worst customer service

I wanted some food to last the whole day so I ordered the family pizza box. 2 medium custom pizza, bread sticks and some boneless BBQ wings. Delivery said an hour and it took 30 minutes. Quality is what I expected and it was a fair price. I have had some pretty bad Pizza Hut experiences from a few Seattle locations but this one gives me hope that when I need a quick pizza fix I can count on this one. I swer the extra 2 second of late when you make a pizza can be the difference between good and great.

I used to be a fan of Domino’s but since being treated so poorly by the Domino’s at 805 Pacific Ave in Tacoma, WA I decided to give Pizza Hut a try. We love Pizza especially during football season, so I downloaded the Pizza Hut app to my phone and placed an order. I kept it simple(but made it custom) I am now a Pizza Hut fan. My order was entirely thru the app. I ordered a large 3+ topping with drizzle and pretzel crust. It was really good and my husband and I ate the entire large pizza. Now, we ordered during the 2nd quarter of the Seahawks game so I expected a large lead time for delivery. 1 hour seems like a long time to wait for a pizza but so worth the wait. The driver delivered it on time, it was hot and(with root beer) cost less than Domino’s. So why would anyone not be happy? Pizza Hut… I’m your new dedicated customer. THANKYOU

Consistently below average. Frequently out of advertised items. Long delivery times and never any apologies for any of the above. Go Papa Johns

Decided to try again… June 23, 2015 — ordered at about 11AM online. Huge improvement over just a year ago. They answer the phone promptly and they’re very nice. Here’s the situation: this is maybe the third order I’ve had in the past 6 months that has been incorrect, so their accuracy is a bit lacking… HOWEVER, every time the order has been wrong, I’ve called them and let them know and without fail they’ve made it right, either sending a new pizza or giving me an account credit for next time. I can’t really be mad at them since their follow-up is impeccable. Tammy helped me today over the phone. Very friendly and helpful.

Ordered wings and a pizza. Quality is fair as usual but was a tad annoyed when I looked at the pizza to find out toppings were missing as well as the top sauce and crust flavor. And of course this was the time that I passed on taking the receipt so I can’t even contact the store directly, hence the Unilocal review.

Seriously, why do I degrade myself to this? Better than Dominos, but every time I order this food I am reminded of what is completely awful about fast-food culture. Not to mention, their pizza has become increasingly doughy with no real substance… most likely to cut down on the expensive ingredients such as cheese and toppings. It’s not even fun anymore to order pizza online because the quality of the food has made the experience so atrocious. I have resigned myself to paying more for local pizza even though I have to order earlier.

We wanted to pick up our pizza instead of having it delivered. Apparently, ordering a pizza over the phone sucks… You get redirected to a call center where they then try to connect you to the store you actually wanted to call. In our case, they failed to connect us THREE times. The manager at the store made up for the hassle though by giving us our pizza for free so unlike others, our customer service experience was actually good! Yay! The pizza itself was a little too salty but other than that ok. Typical greasy Pizza Hut pizza.

Who doesn’t love a Pizza Hut pan pizza? It’s not fancy, but it’s always so so good. I always opt for carry out at this location and it is always ready on time and the service is just fine.

Rude and incompetent. Nuf said. But, to elaborate why… Made an online order that required an hour and a half wait(we learn after we’ve paid). No biggie. Knock on the door 15 minutes early?! Yay! Settle in for a movie and open the box only to find; completely wrong pizza.(Sigh). Okay. It happens. Easy fix. Call the store, right? Was hung up on twice. Okay… one more time and we get through! Yay! So close to a resolution! Oh, he’s rude. And, it will be another 2 hours to fix it. Hmmm. So we decide to buck up and eat late. But, after repeating my order and cell 3 times, I start to get the feeling I’m getting the run around on purpose. No apologies, no attempts to help by offering a faster delivery or free bread sticks or anything? No thank you! We will never order from this Hut again. Spend some time and money on training if you plan to keep any sane regulars. Good luck.

This Pizza Hut forever lost our business today. Long story short: we ordered our pizza on line. An hour and a half later it had not shown up. We called the store and was told the driver attempted to call but was unsuccessful. OK, that’s cool. It happens. But it’s not true. Let me say this now: We have an out of state number and we understand someone could accidentally dial the wrong area code since the area codes look similar upon first glance. If you misdial a number, please admit it. Additionally, we live in an apartment. If you cannot get through, our name is on the door. There is a code you dial that calls directly to our phone. During our wait, we received NO missed calls with the exception of when the manager called and left a message saying the food was not delivered. Evidentially that was at the exact same time we called the store to ask about our food and were on the phone with a gentlemen named Dan. When we called the manager(Kim) back, we were told that our phone didn’t have good service(we’ve NEVER had that problem here… ever). This is a ridiculous statement since we then hung up and had her call us to verify that our phone worked… and it did… just fine. Did the manager ever stop to think that her driver was mistaken or lying to save themselves? It is not unheard of. What is unheard of is a manager telling a customer that they are wrong and not grasping the possibility that their worker maybe have been mistaken. I’d have been perfectly happy had the manager just said«Yea, you are right, maybe she just accidentally dialed the wrong number» then rolled their eyes after hanging up. But do not tell me I’m wrong.

If you’ve had Pizza Hut, you know the pizza. Greasy crust, super sweet sauce, and that weird multi-colored cheese with moon craters on it. PASTAREVIEW: I always wondered about that Pizza Hut pasta they made look so delicious in the commercials. And ya know how sometimes you just really want some spaghetti, but run into a variety of problems: 1) don’t have sauce. 2) don’t have enough parmesan cheese. 3) don’t feel like doing dishes … anyone? So I ordered their pasta, which is $ 10 and comes in two flavors: meaty marinara and chicken alfredo. They make that thing look like a PAN of pasta, don’t they?! It looks huge. I was excited. Well… don’t get excited. They say it’s enough to feed 2. Cough, cough. It was barely enough to feed ME.(Although I am insatiable at times.) And the meaty marinara? Not so meaty. More like little tiny pebbles that are smaller than the tomato shavings. Yuck. Yes, I know that sounds gross. And the cheese on top is the SAMECHEESE they put on the pizza — a thick, hard layer of that spotty cheese. Yuck x 2. I included a picture. Hopefully it does my description justice. Not worth it people! *At this location, however, I dig the online ordering. They’re reliable(35 minute delivery time), nice delivery guys.

Cheesy bites pizza = yum. I love Pizza’s Hut online ordering ability, you can track the order, and it lets you know when it’s ready for pick up. We went to a coffee shop next door and ordered about 20 minutes before we were ready to leave. When we walked in to pick up the pizza and wedge cut fries(mediocre at best), a friendly young lady greeted us. She asked our name and pulled up the order right away. She rang us up and then went to get the pizza out of the warmer where it was waiting, so it was as warm as could be. It’s either pick up or delivery, no eat-in option. We’ve had a pizza delivered before as well with no problems. The cheesy bites pizza is my favorite because I’m not a huge crust fan to start– it just takes up valuable topping area. But these bites are delicious on their own and surround the pizza. The wedge cut fries were forgettable, we should have ordered the que papas instead. My husband loves their garlic dipping sauce, a little creamy and definitely garlicy.

i would love to give negative stars. Basically, called in for a delivery, and no one delivered. Called in to see what was going on and they said that they came but we apparently didn’t give them the area to our phone number so the delivery person couldn’t contact us… huh? pretty sure that was a lie cus we were outside the entire time and saw no pizza hut person… just terrrible

First, I am a bit biased because I worked at Pizza Hut for a year(in Minnesota), so I did a lot of mixing and matching until I found what I liked best out of what they have to offer. I’ll discuss two things that I feel they do exceptionally well: Boneless buffalo wings(wingstreet pizza huts only) and Thin crust pizzas. Boneless Wings — These things are amazing. I fiend them pretty much any time I’m watching a football game, and luckily that isn’t often, since they sure aren’t good for you. I love the buffalo medium sauce, which has a good amount of kick although I will often times tell them to go easy on the sauce because they do tend to overdo it. I also love the Spicy Asian, which is kind of like a sweet and spicy but heavier on the kick then the sweet. The Garlic Parmesan is also delicious, but I confess that knowing how its’ made has pretty much eliminated my willingness to eat it(P.M. for explanation =P). I forgot about the que papas, which I will mention briefly before the pizza. Whoever came up with this idea was a ston… I mean genius. They are for all intents and purposes tater tots, but they have little bits of cheese and jalapeño baked right inside of them, and when deep fried in massive amount of oil, boy oh boy are they delicious. I’d like to say stopping at the normal order of 15 is enough, but the fact is… I could eat 50 of these without breaking a sweat. So, the thin crust pizza, definitely is a hit in my book. The crust is light, crunchy at the tip with the right amount of chewy and crunch all the way through. That’s where the conventional stops though, at least for me. I’m not sure if they’re willing to do this for everyone, but I pretty much exclusively stick with a buffalo chicken pizza which is not on the menu. Since it is baked and the sauce loses kick, I get the buffalo hot sauce, which on wings is kind of absurdly hot, but still great flavor, and i ask them to do a very thin layer of it, then the normal cheese, chicken, onion, and sometimes jalapeño. Such a delicious treat and far healthier than the normal pie they produce. I will also not that a deep-dish pepperoni lovers’ pizza is great if you are in fantastic shape and have no history of heart disease =P
