I have gone to this Piano Bar five times within a year. The first visit was fun the performers were good and diverse in the music selection. As time went on the performers changed and the shows have became geared towards who can pay the most for a poorly performed song. Also the birthday performances dominate the show… I was there for 1h:45min and there were six birthday performances. One was a lady who can up on stage to give her husband a distasteful lap dance. I don’t go out to celebrate strangers birthdays. There is no diversity in the music they can or will perform and unless you have at least $ 40 they will not play your request. On two occasions I paid $ 25 and my songs were never performed. If you like AC/DC and Sting with bad vocals and you want to hear those tired ass birthday song this is the place for you but I will never go back again.

I’m giving a 5 here because of all of the energy that the pianists bring. Want to laugh out loud and be entertained? Go check it.

Went to this bar that was recommended by a friend, we showed up late so no seating available but still what a GREAT first time experience. I absolutely loved it and definitely want to return before we leave Washington state. This was a better time than anytime we’ve spent in Seattle. Definitely want to go again, the piano players were awesome and so very talented. I’d like to recommend that they open somewhere else in a bigger place to get more people in and more seating, I mean it was really packed. They had request for birthdays and the birthday person would get on stage some danced and some sat there but it was a fun time. I have never seen anything like this. I didn’t experience the drink service because I was the designated driver that night but it looked to be pretty good the servers were very busy delivering drinks to the tables. I seriously recommend giving this place a try, you won’t be disappointed. Experience this place, it is a must see if you’re visiting Washington.

So. Much. Fun. I’ve been to piano bars before, but none have been as fun as Keys on Main. The pianists are not only INCREDIBLY talented, but also extremely entertaining — it’s easy to have a good time here! My boyfriend and I frequent here when we want a change of pace from typical bars. Makes for a great night out! If you’re in the area you have to stop by this place, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow. These piano players are absolutely astounding! Tonight, ben aaron and kit were playing. All three are professionals in the purest sense of the word. They made the night a night to remember and i can safely assume they do this every single night. Get here! The rest of the bar’s operations are solid. Good drinks, fair prices. If you want fun, upbeat excitement with drinks and comedy, take your significant other here like i did! Best decision ever!

We went for a friends birthday. I was a little skeptical because I’ve never been before but now I can’t wait to go back! The Pianist are hilarious! They really work hard to make it a good show. Make sure you come with cash because they play the requested songs that have the most cash with them first.

Bar tenders were amazing clever and funny. I didn’t have anything in mind to drink and they made something great anyways. The piano playing and singing were amazing, blew my mind with every song they knew! Hilarious fun and entertaining.

This place was bananas and so sooo much fun! I am fairly sure that my mouth hung open most of the night, just floored that the guys knew yet ANOTHER song by heart, and performed it so well! Really, if you’re in Tacoma and have an opportunity to go here, MAKEITHAPPEN. You will not be sorry! Zack, Luke and Ben were the best– try and find out when they’re scheduled next! If we had a place like this back home I would be there every weekend! (*as a side note I should say that the mixed drinks listed on the menu are not great… just made from mixers and sweet junk… but that’s not why you should go. Go for the music! The musicians are mind blowing and such hams. SO fun!*)

We came here for a few birthdays and we were completely surprised! The guys that played were amazing and were also great entertainers. The music selection is determined by the audience. You wanna hear some ACDC put $ 5 on your request form. There is always the chance that someone stops your song with a little extra $$. I had a great time! I do wish the drinks were a little less expensive.

Great atmosphere on a Friday or Saturday evening. Friday’s are a little quieter than Saturday’s. If you’re a little tired of the typical club scene come here. The pianists are super funny and entertaining. You don’t have to spend a lot to have a great time here, can usually count on the drunkies to blow all their money fighting over which song they should play/sing. The staff, security/wait staff, are friendly and also promote the energetic vibe of the evening… dancing & interacting with everyone. If you happen to have Hali as your waitress/bartender, you’ll be in great hands all night. She is awesome! One gripe I have is that they serve drinks in plastic glassware. Doesn’t keep the drinks cool for long, but I guess it saves from be broken on the floor. Come dressed to how ever comfortable you want to be. From flip flops and shorts to suit and tie.

This place is a blast! We went for a bachelorette party and everyone loved it. Haley was our server and she was so on top of it and so much fun and made it a great experience overall.

We went on a Friday night with a reservation. Eat before you go, they don’t serve food! You can bring food with you though, we picked up something at the Pita place down the street at the waitresses suggestion. This place was a blast though, I’d recommend it as somewhere to go with your friends before going out to a bar.

I am sure this place is loads of fun to actually go to. I really hate giving bad reviews but this just stuck with me. I have been trying to make a reservation for MONTHS here to my sisters birthday party for a group of 16+ people. The only option available was to do this online, which is convenient and all but I called 3 or 4 times and left a VM each time, at lest once a week for weeks and NEVERONCE did I receive a call back! So I resorted to making the reservation online(which also included a note asking for a call back due to questions i had) in which i received an email back with very general info on any reservation(when to show up etc.) Still i received no call. Due to lack of ANY type of contact back regarding any concerns or questions i had for the reservation, we now have canceled our reservation and decided to go elsewhere.

Drink service sucks. Pre party if you can. Plan on going when Aaron is performing because he is amazingly talented. Seriously. He should have a one man show and charge $ 50 cover, all proceeds to him. He’s INCREDIBLE. No joke. Luke is adorable, talented, and hilarious as well. Something about his smile makes me want to take him home to my mother. Still — I recommend going when Luke or Aaron are playing. Call ahead.

This place was SO fun!!! Definitely go as a group — and go EARLY. When we left it was packed. Kit is amazing! Drink prices are really reasonable. No food, eat first, and bring cash so you can tip the piano players and request songs. If you’re a music lover — you’ll absolutely enjoy yourself. Everyone sings along and when a ‘dance’ song is played the girls sitting by the stage often get pulled up there for an impromptu pseudo club — so dress appropriately and choose your seats carefully!

This place was not what I had expected and it was surprisingly fun! We got here about 10ish and it was completely crowded. Drinks were hard to come by but seats were even harder; we ran and grabbed a table as a group was leaving. Drink prices were pretty standard and service was fairly fast. The piano players were in the front and randomly grabbed someone from the crowd to participate — whether it was for a birthday or an anniversary, people were more than willing to come up for some fun. At one point, a 3rd piano player jumped on top of the piano and was dancing and singing. It was very entertaining! Around 1130, the place started to die down. I guess it’s safe to say this is the go to spot to pregame before the club! I believe a friend is planning to have her party here next week so I will be back soon!

What a fun place! I def had a blast at this place. It’s nice to go to a bar that has more than just loud music and awkward social encounters with the more drunk individuals. It is very engaging and so much fun to be a part of. Ive danced, laughed and had some good drinks… what else could you possibly need? seating can be tight and they do have a cover but its worth it.

This place is a gem. The pianists are so funny and talented, which makes for an awesome vibe at the bar. The cocktails were nothing to write home about, but if you’re just drinking beer or something simple there’s nothing to complain about. Tip: If you really want them to play a specific song, wait until the end of the night when requests become much cheaper ;)

«DONTSTOPBELIIEEEEVIN!!» Cause this place is pretty rad. If it’s a «FRIDAYNIGHT» and you’re «FEELINGALRIGHT» then this is «HOWYOUDOIT.» And if you«SEE A GIRLWALKINWITHANITTYBITTYWASTEAND A ROUNDTHINGINYOURFACE» and you get sprung, then be sure to treat her to a drink or two while the crowd sings along to some great live, spontaneous, rock&roll/rap/country/whateveryouwantittobe piano(sometimes keyboard guitar) pieces. [see what I did up there? It’s pretty clever, I know.] Reserve your table, bring AMPLEAMPLEAMPLE amounts of CASH, and get ready for some great singing and good times. PS: there’s no food here. Drinky drinky drinky is the only thing you’ll be eating if you’re hungry. PPS. This is a bid your way to music famedom kinda place. Game goes: highest bidder of a song gets their song played first. A good tip is to, quite literally, be financially prepared. Some people throw down up to $ 35 for one song to be played. PPPS(is there such thing?). Dedicating a song to someone who is in your party, especially birthdays or bachelorettes could mean an interesting trip onstage for the person who the song is dedicated for. Be prepared…
