Little Caesars Pizza

Good place to go when you can’t think of a place to go get food if you don’t feel like cooking. They have good prices. I would not recommend going thru the drive thru just because it takes so much longer. I have used the drive thru twice and I always just end up having to walk inside anyways. So I just say go walk in and not bother using the drive thru. The staff are quite nice about getting your food and prepping it.

I forgot to mention this, but apparently the District Manager OR maybe it was the Store Manager actually found my review and CLAIMS I must be mistaken, because THEY don’t have delivery! UMMMM… «Then who the hell delivered my pizza and drove across my lawn? And WHO was it that I spoke to on the phone when I called them back to complain who said «I don’t believe he did that, because he is one of our best drivers!»???
Anyway, she proceeded to lie even more…
She said she would mail me a coupon that I could bring in ANY TIME for a a 100% FREE PIZZA of my choice. YEAH, RIGHT! I never heard from her again after that, even after several emails to her.

Worst customer service ever!!! I tried calling ahead when I was 15 min away and kept getting ganged up on before they would pick up. When they finally did answer the phone the put me on hold! I was already 5 min away I didn’t bother placing my order over the phone! I get to the drive thru wait the lady tells me I have to wait. I wait another 5 min then when I tell her I would like a pepperoni pretzel pizza she tells me to pull up to the first window she will take my Order there. They only have one window! But whatever I get to the window and have to wait 3 more min. Repeat my pizza order again and the lady looks at me like a deer in head lights not to me mention the way she approached the window and asked for my order again was rude as hell! You can tell she did not like her job and didn’t want to be there! I finally get her to understand my order which is the limited time deal they brought back! So she should know what the pepperoni pretzel pizza is! I add an order of BBQ wings let her know that would be all. Without saying a word she just walks away then comes back two mins later to tell me it will be 15 – 20 min for my pizza! I’m thinking shit at this point with all the waiting if I had placed the order when I was down the street it would of been ready by now! So I tell her that’s fine and get my card out she rolls eyes and tells my my price. After paying she just says «okay, go to the front now» and not in a nice tone like I’m supposed to know where she wants me waiting because they have parking off to the right as well! I have never been treated so rudely! Yeah I was snappy back but this was after the rudeness she gave me when she finally got to the window! Never coming to this location again!!!

This is the closest LS location to where I live now, so I’ve been here a few times. Last night I popped in in my pj’s just to grab some crazy bread and go. The computer started having issues with the guy in front of me, so I ended up standing there for about five minutes in my pajamas, just waiting to buy my one little crazy bread. I understand how frustrating computer issues are, especially in customer service, so I just waited quietly. Well, they finally got it up and running, and a girl came out to help me. She told me the price of my bread, and then was like «You know what, here you go. You had to wait for a long time,» and just gave it to me. AWESOME customer service, and made me a definite fan of this location! Also, the crazy bread, as always, was delicious!

This is a Little Caesars review. I am not comparing their pizza with other brands, but with other Little Caesars. I have come to this location MANY times. Twice in the last week and the pizza was as good as LS gets. Fresh and not at all dried out. I am getting another today. I just bought a house a couple blocks away. I see more LS in my future. Drive through is always a bonus. Their garlic butter is wonderful for eating the crust.

The hot and ready is perhaps one of the greatest inventions known to man-​kind. You show up, they already have pizzas ready for you, pay your 5 $ and off you go.
