If I could give them zero stars I would. They didn’t bring my soda, the delivery woman was very nice && refunded me for it. However they also didn’t cut my pizza, and gave me the wrong wings. When I called to speak to a manager, I supposedly was given one. This man could CARELESS that I just spent money and he messed up the order. He didn’t listen and just kept saying«uh well yea. Yea. That was my bad». Then he offers to bring me new wings and then learns I live maybe 15 minutes away and follows up with«the owner will call you tomorrow». Guess I’m throwing away these wings, but they don’t care. They’ve already gotten their money right. I’ll never give them my money again and they need to learn how to run business properly. It isn’t that hard to read an order and follow through. Complete waste of money. Do not give them your money. Two days later && still no call from the owner. I can’t say I expected them to follow through though.

Great pizza. Great wings. Great service. They delivered my food within 30 minutes of ordering on Super Bowl Sunday! You just don’t get this kind of top notch service these days. Cheers!

I just called in and whoever answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me because I couldn’t understand his terrible broken english. I called back and asked him to please not hang up on me, and he did it again. I would never get pizza from this place purely based on unprofessionalism.

For a few years, this location was my favorite pizza place in Tacoma when it was Pizza Time! I lived a block away for about 2 years and ordered from Pizza Time probably once a week, either for delivery or pickup. The employees were always very friendly, and the management would often give you special discounts and prices because they knew you were a regular customer and they truly appreciated repeat customers. THAT has all changed, big-time!!! The way I discovered the new Robin Hood Pizza was through the EAT24 smartphone app. I found their menu, but wanted to confirm they were actually THERE since I knew the building was previously empty. So, I before I placed my order, I drove there to make sure they were not only there, but open. Yes and Yes! My first order experience was at 9:00 on a Friday night, probably the busiest time on the planet for the pizza business. I know from experience, I delivered for Pizza Hut for a long time in the 80’s. So, I pull up and see they’re open and actually in business. Cool. Then, I sit in my car right out front, facing the road so I can watch cars go by while I wait for my order. I decided on their marina-covered meatball pasta of some sort, plus an order of bread sticks. So far, so good. The prices seemed fair enough, and they have a pretty extensive menu for a pizza joint. I was literally SECONDSFROMHITTINGTHE«Place Order» TAB, when all of a sudden it got dark near my car! Before I could even set my phone down, I see the owner guy come out, get in his mini-van, and drive away… AT9:10PMON A FRIDAYNIGHT!!! OMG!!! Okay, THAT first night was a test, and they didn’t exactly earn my business just yet. I was NOT happy to have wasted my gas and time driving across town to this place(only because they take paypal via EAT24), only to spend 10 minutes figuring out what I wanted, then not getting to order! But I didn’t give up on them just yet! Could have been a family emergency or something. I can’t judge a business or owner/manager on one incident. I’ll try them again tomorrow… So, tomorrow comes. I was low on cash but had plenty of money on PayPal, so I figured I would once again try to place an order here. But this time, when I got there, I wanted to let them know I would be sitting in my car and placing an order using EAT24. Also, I wanted to ask them how much they charged for extra marinara for their bread sticks. I walked in, and there were a father & son team(obviously) working. I told the younger guy I was ready to order with my phone but just want to know if I could get extra marinara for my breadsticks. He said something to the older guy in an East Indian accent I didn’t understand. The older guy turns around and tells me «NOONLINEORDERSAFTER3:00PM»!!! SAYWHAT!!! Come on, you idiots, it’s fricken 3:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday! You closed at 9:10 at night on a Friday, and now you’re going to tell me I can’t order in the middle of the day? He handed me a menu, and I walked out, NEVERTORETURNAGAIN!!! LESSONSLEARNEDHERE in two days: 1. That«EAT24» needs to change their name to «EAT if & when a place is actually open and taking orders»! 2. The new Robin Hood Pizza at 64th& Pacific has the shortest business hours of any pizza place on earth. 3. The owner guy is basically pretty rude. 4. They close around 9:00PM, even on a Friday night! 5. They do NOT take ANY online or phone app orders after 3:00PM for some reason! 6. I’d bet every cent I was going to spend for my order that this particular Robin Hood Pizza will not be in business longer than maybe 6 months max! YOUHAVEBEENWARNED! Avoid this place at any cost, unless you walk in to place your order, and it’s like 11:00 in the morning and you’re paying cash. Even then, I have no idea of how their food is since I was not able to order anything two days in a row! Pretty bad when a RESTAURANT gets only 1 star, even if you have never tried their food!

This is a small business and several times we have tried to do delivery they have only offered take out as the driver did not come in. I see a sign on the door today that says they are hiring, hopefully it is a driver, because I am afraid they are losing business due to this problem. I would recommend anyone give this place a try they are truly worth it.

Well we were hoping to try Robin Hood Pizza tonight, but I called in after receiving a ValPak coupon, and I was informed that they are carry out only… The website is … It says right on the coupon, «We Deliver, $ 15 minimum» I would consider that False Advertising don’t you think? The person I spoke to(didn’t catch a name) was less than helpful in explaining why on their coupon it says they deliver when they don’t. He did not say I’m not in his delivery area(which I would understand, but then again, why send a coupon that says they deliver to my area?), he simply said«carry out only» Perhaps they have amazing pizza, but we’ll never know because that’s pretty misleading, and because of that I am hesitant to try the carry out.
