Clean, Quick and friendly staff. The food is very good. We saw the billboard along i5 on our way back from Seattle. Great place to grab lunch.

Best phở i ever had in Washington state. Every other customer seemed pretty satisfied with the food in this restaurant. I recommend this place to any phở lover. You won’t be disappointed. They have huge selection of bubble teas that i like.

Just moved to Tacoma and needed a phở fix. Found this place and went. It was pretty good! We are used to the phở and service at the place we used to go before we moved, but this will probably end up being our new go-to place. Open later than most, nice staff, and good food. Only reason it’s not a 5-star rating is that the price is a LITTLE bit higher than what we are used to… but such is life.

I love to try out new Phở spots in hopes that I’ll come across a great bahn mi as well. The phở here is very good. Well balanced flavors. Service is good too with plenty of smiles. In case of the bahn mi, I’m still searching. Didn’t hit the mark for me. I’ve yet to come across one as good as Pastuers in Everett. If you love phở like I do, this is a great spot on Pac. I’d recommend they get free wifi too. My search continues for the sandwich.

Love the convenience of the shopping center, with easy access to parking. I got Flank and tendon Phở, with a thai iced tea bubble tea — everything was fabulous. I went around 2pm on a Friday and it was PACKED. I ordered my food to go, and even though they were completely slammed all the employees were still very sweet and even gave me a chair to sit at while I waited(since there were no tables currently available). Service was great, food was excellent — and it’s right down the street from my house! I’ll definitely be making this my go-to phở place.

Come here to often for convenience when hungry. Service is fast, food is great. Menu is like any other phở tai around in Tacoma/Fife.

Convenient location with parking. Check. A buddy and I went here for a bite in the evening. I got the fried spring rolls and a Banh Mi(Vietnamese hoagie) with pork and jalapenos. My goodness. Excellent! The staff, or at least, the waiter and cashier were actually Vietnamese. A true sign of a genuine Viet restaurant. Unlike the Koreans who run Phở Lewis near JBLM and serves garbage imitation Vietnamese food. I digress. This place is friggen awesome if you’re looking for a real Phở/Viet place.

I came in craving from some bbh(bun bo hue) late into the night and this place came up on my Unilocal search and decided to try it. I’ve head some good things about their bubble tea but I didn’t give that a go tonight. So this is just about their phở and bah that I had ordered. The inside of the building is nice with a mural on the side of the wall that you can see when it comes in, also there are plenty of tv’s that you can gander at while you consume your bowl of piping hot noodles. When the food came out it was was presented well but the bbh took way too long to come out since I had almost finished the phở #2 that already came out much earlier than the bbh. The presentation of the food was well done. The taste of the food however was a different story, the broth of both didn’t taste as rich as other places the noodles were tender and the meat in the phở was a bit too rough, the veggie/herb dish that came out didn’t look too fresh either it was pretty welted and looked like they were on their last ends. The bbh being a spicy soup wasn’t spicy at all and very sweet in fact. The noodles were made perfect and there was a nice portion of meat also. To sum it all up the experience was so-so and it didn’t give me the satisfaction that it usually does when I eat phở/bbh; there are definitely better places for phở and bbh if you look hard enough, but it was one of the only options for me that night. :(

Delicious! The #7 Phở is to die for! My daughter got the #6 and we split a noodle salad and two fresh spring rolls. The service was a little choppy, but we were seated around the corner where they couldn’t see us, but the only female waitress on shift took my two year old son’s hand and walked him to get a lollipop. It was a great place!

I love their FRESHAVOCADO bubble tea. I always get a small #45 the flavor is just right. Homemade phở is always the best but if I ever crave for phở and don’t feel like cooking, PHOTAI it is!

My favorite Phở in the Tacoma area. My love started with the original on S. Tacoma however I much prefer the 38th street location. Super friendly, fast, consistent service. Hubby always gets the #2, and we know what to expect everytime. Today I ventured away from Phở and got the T-14 chicken and Gyoza plate and was blown away by the amount of food put in front of me, and was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and tender the chicken was. Great place for Phở beginners, as the menu is very detailed in english, also.

Very friendly enthusiastic customer service! Food’s made fast. I love phở #15 which has everything in it. The meat is soft, tasty and the broth is amazing. And the large size is extremely big. It definitely can feed 2 people. Also, sometimes i get beef teriyaki with salad only. It’s soo good. Lots of meat and flavors. And if you’re thirsty, strawberry banana, avocado or coffee bubble teas are great choices for you.

Recently moved from NY. I thought I would never find a good place to eat phở in Tacoma, WA but this place is great. Had the chicken phở and coffee bubble tea which BTW was delicious! Soup had great flavor, a lot of chicken and noodles. The medium size is huge. Love love this place. Will definitely be coming back.

For a chain this Phở restaurant is amazing. Clean restaurant, lots of seating, fast and friendly service! The phở arrives hot and in heaping generous servings. Extra points for being open on Super Bowl Sunday.
