Very awful Customer service. Tried going in to pay mine And my boyfriend phone bill and wanted to ask why the bill was extremely high this month and they locked the doors on us as we walked up to the door, we asked if we could just pay our bill and my boyfriend politely said please we will be quick and 2 employees shook their heads at us, through their hands on the air at us and told us to go somewhere else. I didn’t realize the time but they had customers in store and locked us out 1 second after another customer walked in before us. Very disrespectful and did not appreciate the treatment.

Tired of all the AT&T bull stuff, I decided to give T Mobile a shot. And actually quite happy that I did. I mean where can you go wrong with unlimited talk, text, and data for $ 100. And that is for two lines, $ 80 less than AT&T. And the quality in Tacoma is amazing. Amazing enough to get two of my friends to switch from Verizon the very next day.
The customer service with Mike was an excellent experience. He was straight forward about things and got me exactly what I wanted.

Shannon made me a non-​customer of this store.
Never tell a customer that they «have an attitude». Even if it tis true! and it was!
After that customer calls corporate to complain, your manager spoke to you about it, and you see him in store again… the last thing to do is sarcastically say «hope you have a great day» in a high-​pitched stereotypical cheerleader voice. Especially when said customer did not speak to you, look at you, or do anything at all to provoke this.

This place has really poor customer service. Treated my mother terribly so we’ve stopped going to this store, even though it is close to our home. Went to a different t mobile store and they were very kind helpful and fast unlike these guys

I have been a t-​mobile customer for a few years now, and have visited many stores… this one if definitely the best for customer service.
They are always knowledgeable, patient, friendly and helpful. They have also never come off as sales-​y or pushy.
This is always my fist stop when making a new purchase or getting help with my existing lines.

I give tmobile squat for stars as a company, but this store gets full marks for customer service. Every time I’m here, the staff is super well trained, friendly, and on top of it. They help me check my bill for deals or problems when I’m in for other stuff. I always leave happy.
Most of you tmobile customers know that’s not always the case when you visit a kiosk. Avoid the tmobile store outside Tacoma Mall on 38th. It is horrid! Drive 5 extra minutes and go in the mall or hit this one instead.
