Wonderful instructor and staff! Great workout and such a friendly welcoming feeling. Regulars seems to have a great bond and the sessions are motivated and very well thought out!

Today was my first class, I did the group equipment class. It was great! I felt like a got a really good workout and since it was my first class the instructor gave me some extra attention to make sure I was doing the moves correctly. I think this will be a great cross train for my running. I look forward to going back next week!

I bought the Living Social coupon because I always wanted to try a pilates reformer class. This pilates studio is a 40 min. drive from my home and I figured I would just try the class and be done with it. Silly me! After my first class with Sherri, I was hooked. I’ve been making the drive for about 5 months now and attend classes 4 – 5 times a week. All of the instructors are very professional, personable, encouraging and know«their stuff.» If I’m ever to lose my «back flab» and become super toned, these people will be to blame. I absolutely love this place and I’m drinkin’ their kool-aid!

I came across Pilates Bodies in Motion when they offered a Living Social deal for three group equipment classes. I’ve since been in for several classes and have been very pleased with the quality of instruction and the studio itself. The space is clean and bright, with well-maintained equipment. The prices for both classes and individual sessions are very reasonable compared with comparable studios in the area. One thing I always look for in a Pilates studio is the instructors’ willingness and ability to accommodate individual body issues. I have a back injury that requires me to pay a bit of attention to what exercises I try, and I appreciate it when an instructor teaches a challenging class but also suggests modifications where they are needed to protect certain areas of the body. I had great experiences in classes with both Rachel and Laurie and look forward to returning again soon!
