Stewart Heights Pool

My granddaughter celebrated her birthday here. We rented the room months in advance after looking at other venues for small children.
We were not allowed into the room to decorate and set up until 15 min. prior to the scheduled birthday party. Well, by this time guests are arriving. The room was not rented prior, as we choose the first block of times for the room. There were decorations that were not used, a waste of $ 25.00, We did not have time to set up the food, to make the food line flow smoothly.
We paid for the room, plus the admission for all of the guests. It was around $ 400.00 because of the amount of guests.
The reason why we were not permitted into the room as told by one of the admission clerks. It was due to liability issues as there is no lifeguard on duty at the time. Heck the pool did not even open until 2:30, Why do you need a lifeguard for a 12:00 birthday party.
If that was the case, they knew the room was rented, why couldn’t they bring someone in a little earlier then? We more than paid for it.
I was so disappointed
