Bad customer service! Same Subway food as always. Except… no buffalo chicken?! You guys don’t carry hot sauce? So dumb. The employees were un personable and distant. Didn’t apologize or offer other suggestions when I was told there was no buffalo chicken. Same thing happened when there were no cucumbers! Are you kidding me? Employee didn’t even look at me when she said they didn’t have cucumbers! Parking is horrible. This is the Subway only a few blocks from my house, but I do not plan on going back.

Food’s okay. I mean, it’s the same at all Subways. The problem here is the staff. The guy is right now telling a customer he’s good at his job, been doing it for 12 years. Yeah, not so much. Doing something a long time does not mean one is good at it. The woman working today helped me and it was a struggle to get to the register. Not because she isn’t good at her job, but because her veteran sandwich artiste co-​worker had to actually be told to leave her alone enough for her to help me. She did that quite a few minutes after I already wanted to tell him to piss off. I had to repeat myself a number of times because of his constant intrusion. He was talking to her about the work schedule and the supervisor and whatever the awful supervisor’s problem was. Someone needs to inform this customer service ace that talking shop in front of the customers is very unprofessional. Interrupting a customer to do is, is a fireable offense.

I hope the owner reads this. BAD BAD BAD Here’s why
Came on Sat. First couple in at 1130 ish. Ordered two footlongs.
We don’t come downtown much and were unsure about parking in front. It was open and we read all the signs. Looks like we’re good for an hour. Noticed some homemade subway sign in the window saying 15 min parking. ???Just to be sure we asked the worker if it was OK to park there. Yes, for 15 min. He said. We responded that the city sign says 1 hour and you cannot dictate parking laws.
Strike 1. Your stupid sign does not trump the city.
Strike 2. Dude, don’t chat us up.
Do you really care how our day is going. Yeah, Today is great, it’s lunchtime. We’re hungry. Make our sandwiches.
A lady walked in after ours were in the toaster.
When ours were done toasting he set them on the assembly area and asked her what she would like.
Strike 3. RUFKMRN? You just toasted our sandwiches. That means we want them hot. Not heated to congeal while you assemble the next customers order.
So after he assembled her sandwich while ours sat there getting cold he was back to us. Veggies, sauces, etc. thanks
After the sandwiches were done, wrapped and bagged, he told us it would be just a minute so he could finish her sandwich.
Strike 5. RUFKMA? We were not able to pay until this lady behind us sandwich was veggied, sauced, and wrapped.
After all this BS I’m sure we exceeded their made up 15 min parking rule.
Oh yeah, almost forgot another strike. No jalapeño bread. Aren’t you a franchise? We can get this everywhere else yet your guy looked at us like we has two heads when we requested it.
Will never come to this location ever, ever again.

DO NOT TRY THE FLATIZZA!!! it is chewy and disgusting. Yuck yuck yuck. Service was great though.

ok something def has changed at this subway sammich shop. i guess the new management i can feel the icecoldness of the place. jst isnt the same subway tht i 5 star a few months ago. love the reg crew .but they lost a few wrkers and the energy isnt there anymore great service coldplace.

This Subway is awesome. I wanted to write this review so the people who work there know they consistently make customers’ bad days good, and good days better.
By chatting with me a little bit: inquiring about my day, asking for more details about my job, telling me how pretty my dress is, etc — they are showing that they care.
And guess what Subway? So do I. So. Do. I.

It’s a subway. This one is clean. Food tastes fresh. Staff is friendly. Not much more you can ask for.
