Apparently this place has been here for over a year, I had no idea! This lunch spot took over the old Café Columbia space in the Columbia Bank building downtown. Clean, plenty of seating, fast service and most importantly, they turn out a great panini! I tried the Caprese, it was fantastic and reasonably priced. I’ll be back.

I absolutely adore this place! Sandwiches are awesome and they always make my coffee just right & have always remembered my order. Friendly, funny staff and the owner is so kind! She gave me a free coffee on my birthday

This little restaurant seems like a nice improvement over its predecessor. They had a good selection of sandwiches, but I stuck with my old standby — the BLT. It was a good sandwich with good quality bacon. The owner told me that their paninis were great — I should have tried one. She also said that their Reubens were really, really good. Okay… for me, this is throwing down the gauntlet. However, this was after I ate the BLT, so it will have to wait until next time. The owner mentioned that she has another sandwich shop in Tacoma, but I didn’t catch the name. I will follow up on that. They are so new that they don’t have a phone or website.
