I guess I’m not really sure how to criticize The Root Beer Store. It was an odd experience. When we arrived the employee came out from behind the counter (we were the only ones in the store at the time). She must’ve spent literally 3 or 4 real time minutes chit chatting to us about root beer and its variety. Cool ok too much talk but cool cool. Then another customer comes in and this guy knows his root beers too so the employee goes on another root beer is life spin with him. The problem was my wife and I were at the counter trying to pay for our selection. We cleared our throats a bit, I tried to make a few exaggerated movements so she’d notice us at the register but nothing. We left the soda sitting there and took off. Honestly though we’d prob go again hoping that the customer service was just absent minded momentarily.

looks like a fun place, but the customer service belongs in the toilet, the cashier didn’t say hi, she didn’t offer any help or assistance at all, so I left, she did say have a good day as I walked out the door! I wasn’t impressed at all.

I have been here twice and I think I will be a customer for life. I really don’t drink much soda so this place is great for someone who can make a six pack last a few weeks. To all my californians THEY SELL CACTUS COOLER. Go on a Saturday so you can taste test at the front. The parking is a little iffy, they share their tiny lot with a bunch of small businesses, but if you don’t mind walking, there is a little lot to the side of them for overflow cars. They are sort of next to Dickeys BBQ so you can hit two birds with one stone. Everytime we go to Dickeys, we go to the Root Beer store.

This is a wonderful store! We went in today and the lady was super nice. They have so many fun brands and more than just root beer!

The store is pretty cool! It have a lot of flavors. My son wants to buy every bottle in the store. We’re planning to go back and try other flavors.

This store is pretty amazing. It has tons of rootbeer brands long with other flavors of soda. I was amazed at the rootbeer candy as well. They even have rootbeer jelly which I do believe I am going to try in the near future.
Even overheard they have taste testing on Saturdays. I do not know what the hours of that are. Overall, this place is pretty good though.
