This place is a little hole in the wall & very small but! Did I say but! But the food is amazing, probably the best Phở place that I’ve eaten at!!! One day I ordered their fried rice and pretty good I must say, I didn’t think Vietnamese restaurants could make good Chinese food but I was wrong! The fried rice was off the hook & I will definitely be back to try some more of their good vittles!!!

I have eaten here once with my family a while ago. It is my uncles favorite place to go for their combo fried rice. When here, I had the Pad Thai. It was really good. Not the best I’ve had but above average. I liked that it had tofu. It’s a small family owned restaurant so if you’re looking for Vietnamese food, support this business! The workers are very nice and will remember you :)

I just recently moved to Tacoma and have been on the lookout for a great Vietnamese restaurant. I can’t believe how little I paid for such an amazing meal at this place! I went with a group of people and all 4 of us walked away FATISFIED. Definitely my new favorite restaurant!

Check this place out if you’re looking for a great authentic bowl of Vietnamese food! My personal favorite is Number 20 which is the Vermicelli bowl with pork. But I’ve tried their phở and the taste is phenomenal. The taste is fresh and it is well served. The owners are extremely welcoming and they’re great with customer service. I never had to ask for more water or tea because it was always replenished before I asked. I’m glad that this place is close to home.

One of our favorite Vietnamese places when home. The family runs business. The daughter always recolonizes us and automatically brings us hot tea. This time we ordered one Bahn Mi to split, yumm! And two no 7 Phở(all beef) small. When we got r order we said wow that’s small. She said ya u guys always order medium … Duh. Glad we ordered a Sammy !! It’s always friendly, no frills dining but food is great. Everything we get here is good !

I grew up going to this mom and pop restaurant before I could walk. The food isnt the same since it got passed down to the children but its not bad, just not as amazing. We used to always get the phở there but now its a bit inconsistent. I went again with a friend of mine and we both had the seafood Egg Noodle. Plenty of msg goodness but the amount of seafood in both was strikingly uneven. I had right piece of «crab» two pieces of squid, two shrimp and she didnt get any crab and one piece of shrimp. Must of been an odd day.

The best thing about this place is the bun bo hue. The food comes out quick, and the service is pretty consistent and quick. It may seem like a small restaurant but it does get quite busy. I personally think this place has the best bun bo hue around. I try bun bo hue from other restaurants but i keep coming back to this restaurant.

I loooove phooo!!! This is the best phở I’ve ever had!!! I would give the phở 5 stars. This place is located right on the corner of Yakima Ave &38th St. It has a huuuge sign outside. Right when we went inside, it smelled like… I don’t even know! It smelt weird/bad. My friend described it as poop! Yuck! One star off for that! But we were already there so we stayed! The customer wasn’t great. We had to ask for sauce dishes, we almost had to ask for water and once we were served no one checked on us after. My friend ran out of water and had to drink her mom’s. Another star off for that… :/ I ordered a small phở with meatballs and steak. It was seriously soooo good! I never drink all the soup but it was so good I drank it allll!!! I have no idea what made it sooo good!!! My friend ordered phở and spring rolls. Usually phở places give at least 2 spring rolls or cut up the spring rolls. We only got one spring roll. Just one and it wasn’t even cut. My friend wanted to share it between the 3 of us but we ended up letting her eat it since it was so little. Overall, if you don’t mind a weird smelling restaurant and not so great service, this place is a must try just for the phở!
