Don’t know which was worse, shrimp that tasted as if had been cooked on the floor, or service that was so rude and unpleasant that I must have interrupted their important lives. Never, never again.

There are better Chinese restaurants in town, but this is the best one that we know of that delivers. We have stuck mostly to the Chinese dishes and found them to be fresh and flavorful, and very generous portions.

There is nothing«happy» about this place. Foods was horrible, service is even worst. I ordered phở, Vietnamese beef soup. They not only gave me chicken broth, it doesnt even smell like phở. The girl at you the counter was so rude. Instead of offering me another meal, replace the nasty phở they have serve me. She argued with me. You’re Korean and you’re trying to argue with a Vietnamese person about Phở? My friend order pad Thai, it has no favor. How this place is still in business is beyond me. What a nightmare! Think twice before eating here! FYI they charge an arm and a leg for their disgusting foods

The new management is a lot friendlier and the place looks a lot cleaner then it used to. It’s now called«Happy Wok». I had Chinese from here(they have Vietnamese and Japanese as well). The food was great and it’ is very affordable.

A huge menu! But, this place is quite a drive. When entering the establishment, the place looks kind of shady, but there is a lot to choose from. They even have Agedashi tofu, which most Japanese restaurants do not even have. However, when having so many items the quality starts to suffer. I have ordered their sushi before and was not able to eat it, because it just tasted like it had expired. They were the only place that had Vietnamese for a while, so I went there for their rice paper rolls. I had some bad experiences here and some okay ones. Nothing was ever phenomenal. It might be better if they just specialized in one type of cuisine. After Far East on Thomasville opened, we went there instead and were never heard from at Rice Bowl again.

Outstanding food at a fantastic price. Friendly staff and food is ready for takeout in mere minutes from the time you call.

Menu contains Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, and Thai selections. We had one Vietnamese and one Thai; both were excellent. Tasteful décor, friendly and efficient service, calm & peaceful atmosphere. Entrees range from $ 9 to $ 11. An overall fine experience.

Their menu has a good variety. Includes Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese food. I tried some Vietnamese food and it was very tasty. A nice big serving. If you order more than $ 9 you can also go to the soup/salad buffet for free. It has a bowl of simple salad and several kinds of dressing. And there were three types of soup including miso and a hot and sour soup which were also very good. Service was quick and friendly. The décor and atmosphere is casual and nice. It’s located in a shopping strip called Lake Jackson and so parking is convenient. Their website includes photos of the restaurant and their menu with prices. I recommend this place for a good serving of Asian food. Edit: Since writing this ownership has changed. Menu has changed slightly.
