Men’s Wearhouse and Tux

I came to Men’s Wearhouse to buy a simple blazer for my upcoming year of business travel, and also hoped to take advantage of a good sale they had.
I was helped by Erick, who was a tremendously knowledgeable and patient salesman. I told him what I was looking for and why, and since I came to the store wearing my «typical business-​casual attire,» he was able to match blazers quite easily. We agreed that the blazers on the rack were a little drab, so he brought out several more appealing ones from the stockroom, and helped me pick two that really suited my style. He then helped me pick shirts and ties to match, and even chose colors/​patterns that would go seamlessly with both blazers interchangeably. I ended up spending more than I had planned, but I felt completely at ease with my purchase, and would highly recommend this store and this salesmen to others in Tallahassee.
Men’s Wearhouse is a store where a man of any age or style can be made to feel and dress like a gentleman.

No stars is what this should be but I’m required to give at least 1. I would not suggest this place to anyone who expects some level of customer service. My fiancée bought her wedding dress from David’s Bridal and they gave us a coupon for Men’s Wearhouse so I thought hey let’s start there and see how it goes maybe I can save my guys some money and they do a free suit/​tux for the groom with 5 orders. Walked into an empty store and finally a girl came out to greet us. She was very friendly and we told her we were just looking at the options and she showed us the range of suits that they had on display. Then a young man came out from the back and I tried to explain that I wanted to do a light coat with a darker best pants combo with charcoal and heather grey as these were two of our wedding colors. He snorted and told me that would never look right and the grey’s would clash too much. I pulled up a picture on my phone that my fiancée had found of that exact color combination looks really good on a bigger guy and then he still tried to convince me that it wouldn’t look good. Mind you the whole time he was doing this he was lounging behind his counter with his arms folded acting very defensive. Might be the worst customer service I’ve had in quite awhile and they’ve now cost themselves quite a bit of business because my 7 guys and I will not be renting from this company for my wedding.
