Ordered with the app, came in and sat in the comfy chairs next to the pickup area, facing the counter — waited 20 minutes for my order, my name was never called, no coffees waiting to be picked up. The girl at the counter unapologetically stated that I didn’t ask for it, therefore it was sitting «over there». A guy intervened and offered an apology and gave me my luke warm coffee.
This location requires prompting if you order with the app. I don’t understand why they can’t call out my name as they do for the people who pay at the register.

This is probably one of my favorite Starbucks! The staff is always super friendly and a couple girls actually remember me from me coming to this location once a week. Nothing better than Starbucks after church! I love the atmosphere! When I first walk in, I am pleasantly overwhelmed with the scent of fresh & strong coffee and hit with a blast of icy cook A/​C. The is not as bad as others… They write your name & order on cups to avoid mistakes. 5 stars all the way around from customer service to a ridiculously clean bathroom. I mean really, who wants to bookie in a disgusting bathroom?! Not I!

Such a nice looking Sbux! it’s on the smaller side and not as much seating as other Starbucks. It’s new and there is a lot of parking and a drive thru :) cute!
