I’ve been lucky enough to visit this truck a couple of times. I wish it was out a little more frequently but hopefully that will pick up. My favorite is their shrimp and grits. Creamy, smoky, loaded with huge, fresh Gulf shrimp and served over a polenta cake. The sauce is so good I was licking my little paper tray. The crawfish grit bites and shrimp creole are so good. Just enough spice. Everything is hot and fresh tasting. Service is fine, it’s a food truck — you place your order and they hand it to you! Fun truck with great food, I only wish it was out more often.
