Stopped out after seeing the two five star reviews, and the fact the I LOVE food trucks, especially of the taco persuasion. I was happy I stopped out but not as impressed as the other two reviewers. I normally wait til trying something more than once to review it, but as its new, I figure I will try to give them a push in the right direction and change revise my review after going back.
I like the idea of global street food, but they only had two item offered when I visited. One was a BBQ chicken sandwich, which when I am thinking global street food, I normally don’t think down the street food. I would have rather seen Bahn Mi, or something a little more exotic, but regardless i went for the tacos, so its a mute point.
There are normally two flavors of tacos, but today she just had the chorizo braised short ribs. They were tasty, but the chorizo was not surprisingly from a grocery store, and not my favorite brand at that (at least it was the exact same flavor if she does make it). There was plenty of meat, and I liked all the toppings. Nice blend of traditional as it had corn tortilla, chorizo, onion, but added it sour cream, and queso fresco which I rarely see on street tacos.
Next time I am in the same area, I will stop back and try something, I just hope there are a couple more items on the menu to choose from, and they hold true to their stated global theme.

Graffeaties (food truck) thanks for coming out near to my area of employment. I vow to make a profitable turnout for future appearances. Now from my food writers voice, the chorizo braised short rib taco served on a corn tortillas with queso fresco, onions, napa cabbage salsa verde (fresh and unique), avocado drizzle (umami bonus). Garnish with cilantro and lime wedge. It will change your life!!! Definitely one of theeeee best tacos I’ve ever eaten. The fun play of cultures and culinary technique (ie braising), yet keeping the the standard and the elements of a cantina taco, results in a unique and very marketable product. Bravo… I have heard recent complaints of unfamiliarity of what is napa cabbage or does it have bones in it or what is in avocado drizzle??? DO NOT CHANGE THIS TACO!!! the flavor build is fierce. Loved the chicken soft tacos! Very friendly service and good food! I will eat here again and can’t wait for the next Tampa Bay Food Truck Rally
