It’s tough to make good coffee from the back of a van, but Fine Grinds accomplishes it. That’s because the people working here know their coffee well enough to ask if I wanted an Italian-style cappuccino or a Starbucks-style cappuccino. I’ll be honest: they gave me a few single-serve packets of ground coffee to try at home for free, and I still haven’t tried them. But I enjoyed the Italian-style cappuccino, and the next time I’m consulted on employee incentives, I’ll be glad to suggest that Fine Grinds should come out to our office building and provide a coffee break. It’s too bad that there aren’t more food trucks at USF. I’d love to see these folks more often.
