I’ve been shopping here for years. It’s a good place to shop. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. A little pricey, but expected. They have items you sometimes can’t find in other grocery stores.

Hundreds of healthy living items available. There is one lady that works here who is very knowledgeable and informative on products. I will say when I went in recently she was assisting me in an aisle explaining a product and another customer was ready to check out. Well this guy who appears to be the manager(not 100% certain) screamed at the lady who was assisting me that someone needed to check out. Wellllll, why couldn’t HE do it! The poor lady jumped quick. What a jerk. Ha and they have a «Now Hiring» sign on the front door. If he needs employees he needs to adjust his attitude! Anyhow, I got what I needed and was on my merry way

Expensive and the deli is not really for the vegetarian. Person is not always at the register and I understand that sometimes people are needed in other parts of the store but at least see people waiting and not just ignore them.

Made me feel very unwelcome. Thanks, I wont be back. I literally walked up and down each and every aisle twice and not once did someone approach me and ask me if I needed help. Everyone in the store was in deep conversation and could not be bothered. Never did find what I was looking for. Thanks but no thanks Chuck!

There was a reason why I stopped doing business at this place couple of years ago; and well now I won’t Ever do business here. The store is dusty through out and I have always found expired products everywhere. And I’m not talking about a day o even a month old or expired products, no! I’m talking about A Year old expired! So, I nicely approached someone at the front desk and I explained about the products being expired and that it wasn’t this the first incident that more like a norm. She looked back at the guy that apparently was the manager and he just rolled his eyes, said nothing and kept eating! The girl didn’t know what to say about that, she just change the subject and said to me «I’m sorry, I’m going to check that!» So, regardless of that«jerk manager behavior» I opted to buy the rest of the stuff I had in my cart; but I checked again the expiration date and the ones that weren’t ok I left. As I am stepping out of the store with my little one, I saw the cashier(a young woman) and the«manager»(a young, very bad presented male) mocking me like«checking the products that I had left on the cart and rolling their eyes and making faces», plus I was reading their lips! Oh no!!! I went back and said that I had changed my mind and I wanted my money back. I hold myself so much and not telling a pair of things to those two, and I did it because I had my 3 year old with me, and I didn’t want her to see all that. I don’t know who in the world this guy think he is? I think his name is Chuck; well, may be he is related to the owner and that is why he thinks that place is his; but with that poor costumer service and no manners, he won’t succeed in life.

Very pricey, I realize they are carrying many items not found in regular stores, but the items that are the se, this place is almost double. I would check local market for things and then complete your list there. The location in Brandon is always understaffed, very frustrating. Deli is wonderful.

Chuck’s is a great place for those of us who are health conscious. I believe it should be expected and worked into our budgets to pay more money for better food. It’s worth it! So I can honestly say that the prices of the products at Chuck’s are OK. Plus, they offer a USF student discount, so I can definitely not complain. I like how fresh their organic and local produce is. They also have a great selection of gluten-free products. The store is neat and the employees are always friendly. It’s never crowded, and there is always a friendly face to help if you have any questions. I definitely recommend this place, especially since Whole Foods is so far away.

Ouch it is pricey, but what crunchy store isn’t? I got some mix and match organic beer. So what beer lover wouldn’t like to make your own 6 pack? The staff is usually friendly, it doesn’t reek of patchouli(or whatever that smell is) like most nature food stores. Some of the produces competes with other local stores in pricing as well. Second Thursday of every month everything is 20%-50%. Next one Aug. 14th.

agreed with the other two, a tad pricey… got a giant bpa free bottle I fill here from time to time. Great place and great sales sometimes(like kind bars at 1.29 each) … friendly staff

Chuck’s is a quaint organic market nestled away in a Temple Terrace strip mall. The location is very easy to miss(don’t miss it! it’s next door to Antonio’s Pasta Grill) They have a HUGE selection of alternative naturopathic remedies. Their produce is all organic and locally-grown. I highly recommend their milk from local dairies. It’s a bit pricey, but the quality of their produce is incredible. Several of my friends love their smoothies, but I’ve never tried them. The only reason I can’t give five stars is that they are typically a bit understaffed, and their cashiers can be a bit spacey and unaccommodating depending on who is working there at the time. There is typically one person manning the entire store. Overall, Chuck’s is a great little market in an unexpected location.
