So sad to hear this Food Truck is off to Denver, CO. I’ll say this was easily a top 5 food truck experience for me & Ive had plenty exp. with food truck rallies. LOVED the option of converting the sandwiches to salads. &OMG those home made Chips were crispy, salty and sweet perfection! Will miss you guys!

I love the artsy chicken made into a salad instead. Today they had something new, fries corn on the cob with cheese and garlic sauce. By far, the best corn on the cob I have ever had. I was taking my food home(½ hour drive) and I wasn’t sure it would still be good by the time I got home. I was pleasantly surprised and can’t to have it again when I am campus! I love this food truck!

Oh my goodness!!! This has to be one of the best food trucks I’ve tried in tampa. I had the ooey gooey sandwich with braised beef and potato chips. The beef excellent, cheese perfect, the ooey gooey down to the core!!! My co worker had the artsy chick sandwich, was it good? Of course! One of the greatest sandwiches she had. Similar to a gourmet lemon chicken sandwich. Perfecto! Would recommend anyone to follow this truck. :)

Newcomer to the food truck scene, puts a food forward menu yet has menu items that puts a fun element into food. Daily grinders pride on seasonal and local ingredients which in turn varies their menu on a daily basis. What makes it fun? My 3 picks of the day: White chocolate caramel popcorn with candied bacon and spiced almonds. This small bite is one of those treats we all encountered growing up whether it be going to the movies, around the holidays with popcorn tins of butter, cheese and caramel, party mixes etc. Daily Grinders amps this quick bite treat with sweetness from white chocolate, countered by the saltiness of fresh bacon bits, and a little crunchy from the chopped spiced almonds. My only issue was the popcorn not being made to order or close to it is once the chocolate and caramel hits the blend made the mix a little gummy, but overall flavors work well, plus I cant say no to any sweet and salty combination especially when bacon is involved. Confit Duck Wings with a sweet chile glaze. This is a newcomer invitation to try duck for the first time and I encourage this appetizer for anyone curious. I was curious on its claim of Confit. This wing is lightly battered and fried yielding a light, crispy outside, a tender, fall off the bone meat to the inside. The use of the chile glaze on top gave a mild sweet heat in the flavor build. Indeed, this wing is duck confit legit, but in a clever street eat form. The PBJ — muscato wine jelly, fresh almond butter served warm. I felt like a kid again getting ready for school ordering this menu item, yet couldn’t help notice the grown evolution and elegance of this sandwich. First thing, a good quality bread, locally obtained. This bread had a light toast out and a soft inside on each bite. Curiosity of this PBJ I couldn’t help but open up this sandwich to see what muscato wine jelly looks like. Oddly enough it appears invisible when looking for it. Despite this invisible jelly I could taste the grape flavor in there and some sticky characteristics that we all know of jelly keeps getting on my fingers. The almond butter was a visible component in the PBJ yet it is lightly spread throughout this sandwich. If you didn’t know any better you would assume it is peanut butter you taste. The PBJ we know as a kid has come a long way from globs of jelly threatening your school clothes to a refine grape that is commonly used in the winery industry. I have been told there will be other variations on PB& J to come on future menus. This food truck made my day at the SoHo food truck rally. They bring a confident and food forward menu yet use elements that can take you back to a certain memory or specific time period. They are social media active so follow them on FB or Twitter to note their whereabouts.
