Horrible service! I took a pair of heels here a few weeks ago and was surprised to pay $ 20 to just fix two tips. After wearing them only twice the tips fell off. I took them back in and asked if he could fix them. He told me it would be another $ 10. I was shocked! He continued to tell me they don’t guarantee their work and walked back to his chair and put his feet up. I’ll never return here!

Thrilled. I was seeking another shoe repair service in the area after a trusted shoe repair on Lake Rd by Target, destroyed my trust that they were thorough and knowledgeable. Please note Florida Shoe Services is a CASH ONLY operation!!! Also, I was informed that the treasured handbag that I took in for repair would be ready the next day. The shoe repairman did not lie. HE WAS RIGHT! And he did a fine job and reassured me that he had followed my instructions to the T ! I would definitely go back to this location, it’s certainly easier to park in this lot (it’s not as dangerous as the Target parking lot at Boot Ranch where that other shoe repair place is at). Thank you, thank you, thank you. I will be telling all my friends about your service.

Great mom and pop shop. I’ve been going here for many years. They’re very accommodating. I’ve asked them to alter items and they will turn it around either while you wait or in less than a day. Particularly, the turn around on the shoe repair is very quick. I’ve shopped around the Tampa area and they have the best prices too.
