I have never met any group of people more unprofessional and, not just unfriendly, but absolutely hateful in my life. My fiancé goes here for laser hair removal but we are changing offices because of the people who work there. Every time we leave this place she’s in tears.
The most recent offense happened just today, January 22, 2016. They didn’t realize I was sitting in the waiting area as my my fiancé was getting her treatment. The practitioner JAMIE (red hair) came out talking to the receptionist and started referring to my fiancé as «seizure girl» because she flinches when the laser blasts her. My fiancé said JAMIE practically ran out of the room after the treatment and didn’t even apply the lotions that the practitioners normally apply. She didn’t explain anything that she was doing and she missed whole areas on the face.
I’m dumbfounded how any business can operate like this with such disgusting behavior. I never give 1 star because I can usually find at least something good about a business that I review, however, there’s nothing good I can find about the people that work here.

This is such a joke! Please don’t waste your money like I did. I paid over $ 1,000. to get my chin area done 3 years ago, they came in on my last treatment and informed me «Oh, by the way, it doesn’t help with blond hairs, only black.»
Well that would have been nice to know before I wasted a grand and 10 weeks of my life!
It kills me every time I hear Ideal Images commercials talking about how great it is.
Even the black hairs are coming in just as much, if not more than they were prior to getting the 10 treatments.
I am now spending even more time plucking my chin hairs than before and I think Ideal Image is COMPLETELY POINTLESS!!!\
I have worked in New Tampa for 17 years now and plan to tell everyone I meet about my awful experience. Maybe I can save someone else a grand!

TOO EXPENSIVE!!! You can buy laser hair removal on Groupon for a third of the price that Ideal charges. They tell you that you’re getting a deal but you’re NOT. AND they tell you that you get unlimited sessions after your original 6 if the hair isn’t gone. That’s a lie they charged me $ 50 for a single session when I came back after I did not see full results. COMPLETE SCAMMERS WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS! Use Groupon for laser hair removals deals.

Not sure why the other Unilocaler had a bad experience. I have had great interactions thus far. Everyone is very friendly and great upon check in. Is it expensive? Yes, but it is comparable to other laser hair removal services that actually work. I have dealt with laser removal services that only stunt hair growth. They also provide you with about $ 300 worth of creams oils and exfoliaters which are awesome. I can’t wait to see the end results!

Do not get ripped off!!! Signed up during promotion — received «65% discount!» In reality, they triple their prices and make it look like they are having a sale. You can get same stuff done 3 – 4 times cheaper in many other locations.
Oh, and if getting ripped off was not enough, rude staff, front desk and site manager have severe attitude problem and no attention to clients. For thousands of dollars, you can find a much better place who focuses on you, and not on their bottom dollar!
