Linksters is the most comfortable bar I’ve been to in Tampa. Let me start off by saying that the only negative thing about this bar is the smoking (since I don’t smoke myself).
Right when you walk into this bar you can immediately tell how clean it is. Everything is very organized and I’ve never thought to myself (which I do at all of the other bars I go to), «Is this glass actually clean?» I went to this bar for the first time and when I returned a week later, the bartender (Allie) immediately remembered my name and the beer I had ordered that week. It’s the little things like that which count for me. There are plenty of TV’s to catch any sporting event you’re looking for as well as a Golden Tee and pool table. This is quite simply an awesome place to hang out and enjoy a couple drinks. Another awesome thing is they always have great music on (Elton John, Billy Joel, Tom Petty). I HIGHLY recommend going to Linksters!

The bar staff here is the best! They are true professionals and know exactly what they are doing! We don’t get out much these days, but if we have time for a drink, this is our favorite spot!

I would summarize my experience at this place as the following:
Pros:
Friendly service (the bartender made sure to remember my name)
Decent prices
Large bar area
Easy to not be noticed
Cons:
Too smokey
A few strange clientele
Have seen countless cops scouring the parking lot for intoxicated patrons
Overall, I see why many people love this place. One of the better options in the New Tampa area.

Found this place out in New Tampa area. Great little bar. This is where me and my girls go for a place to just hang out and relax. They have outside seating which is where we always sit. They do not service food due to you can smoke inside, however the have a big selections of menus of places close by that will deliver the food to you at Linkster which is amazing. Drink prices are so inexpensive. I had four vodka and cranberries and my bill was like $ 12, can’t beat that. They play all the sports games on about 6 – 8 TVs inside 2 TVs outside and a projector that shows on the wall of a business next store so you can see everything. They have corn hole they play outside as well. Just a fun neighborhood bar. Love love love this place.
