My experience with Quality Plus Cleaners is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any business ever — a complete disaster from beginning to end, and I will NEVER go back or recommend to them to anyone. So here’s the whole story… I recently moved to the area and had all of my clothes get wet in storage during the move, so I needed 30 button-up shirts, a wool coat, some pants, and some suits dry cleaned — a very large order. I split it up at first, and dropped off the shirts and coat to try them out. I found Quality Plus Cleaners through the Doubletake Deals website — a coupon site where you pay $ 30 for two $ 30 gift cards. I called Quality Plus cleaners and asked their prices for the items I needed cleaned. I was told that the coat was $ 8.95, the pants were $ 5.75, and shirts were $ 1.88 each as long as you also had some dry cleaning, otherwise they were $ 2.58 each. I took my order in and was informed that I needed printed versions of the coupons(despite that DoubleTake Deals sends them to you electronically), so I had to leave and come back. I returned, with printed coupons, confirmed the prices, and dropped my order off. My order should have been about $ 65; when I arrived to pick them up it was $ 82.48. I asked why, and was told some of the items were different prices — shirts were charged various prices all across the board(despite that they were all the same kind of shirt), the coat was charged $ 16.70(double!). I was frustrated but paid for the order and left. When I got home, I opened each of the bags to discover everything smells like smoke! On top of that, it was the lousiest dry cleaning job I’d ever seen. Most of the shirts had wrinkles pressed into them, there wasn’t a single collar support, button holder, or sleeve clip on anything. And the coat, oh the coat, it looked(and smelled) as if it had not been cleaned at all. As I mentioned nothing was really«dirty» when I dropped it off, it had just gotten wet in a storage container, and I wanted it cleaned — the coat had fuzz and lint all over it, and was in worse shape than when I dropped it off — in fact everything was. Irritated at the quality and price, I called the store and informed them that it all smelled of smoke and had been poorly executed — I was informed that nothing is cleaned on site, but rather all sent to a central plant, and apparently whoever drives the van smokes. To add insult to injury they had typed on the bottom of the receipt«took two double take deals ughh!» I guess they were upset about me using their coupon and decided to do a sloppy job and over charge to try to recoup some of the money. I’d much rather they just didn’t offer the coupon at all. In any event, I was told a manager would contact me, but I waited several days and heard nothing. I called the store back 3 more times before I finally got a call from Amanda, the manager. Amanda was apologetic and insisted that was not the kind of work Quality Plus Cleaners does, and asked me how she could make me happy. I said that I would take a partial refund(they’re entitled to something, they did some work all be it poorly), or if they wanted the chance to make it up to me, I would take a credit for future dry cleaning(for the full amount). Amanda offered a $ 50 credit, and I agreed. So, I took the rest of my order in — 5 pairs of pants(supposedly $ 5.95 per pair, should be around $ 30, which would leave me with some unused credit). I get there to pick up my order and am told I have a balance due. Not only had I again been over charged($ 7 per pair), but unbeknownst to be, they had only given me a $ 25 credit. I again called Amanda, but she didn’t answer. So, I went to meet her(she works out of a different store). Amanda says she called and left a message that it would be a $ 25 credit instead of $ 50, and she assumed that me dropping off cleaning after receiving that message was me accepting this change. I never received a call, had no missed calls, no voice messages from anyone at Quality Plus Cleaners. As I told Amanda, they had the opportunity to be done with me after the first experience; if they didn’t want to do a better job, or hold themselves to a higher standard, fine I’ll go elsewhere — but they elected not to take that option, they insisted on making it up to me by offering the credit, and then managed to screw me again. Quoted prices mean nothing to them, coupons also mean nothing to them, because they will just overcharge you to make up for the coupon, and quality(ironic that it’s in their name) mean’s nothing to them, and on top of all of that their word isn’t worth a damn either. Quality Plus Cleaners — you failed from beginning to end, in service and quality, and when you offered to make it up, you made thing even worse. You are not only the worst dry cleaner I’ve ever been to, but probably the worst experience I’ve had with any business ever — you make used car salesmen look classy. I will NEVER go here again!

If I could give it zero stars I would! It just boggles my mind that a simple French cuffed shirt could never be ironed a properly. I had my shirts which are all French cuffed laundered and Ironed. They were all clean but for some random reason a professional dry cleaning service does not know how to iron a French cuff shirt. On their door they see that they offer expert shirt service. My sleeves were Ironed lengthwise instead of folded of the cuffs and that ironed with a double crease. For a professional store if you don’t know how to iron a French cuffed shirt you should at least go on YouTube and look it up. I will not be patronizing your store again and this is the same for more than half of the dry cleaners in Wesley Chapel. Please learn how to iron the sleeves of a French cuffed shirt.

I have been in a few times and have always been treated like a regular, even on my first time. I have been impressed with the service and staff. The only reason that they did not get 5 stars is the price. While I don’t know of a significantly cheaper place, I felt that this was slightly more than I would have expected. That being said, you can get a discount by checking in and they have a punch card. After so many visits you get a discount.
