Organic juice! I love that the juices are prepared daily and more so I love that they make juices according to the fruits and veggies that are in season. I just moved to Tampa from California and I’m happy that I found this place. They also have Chia seed pudding which is awesome! My favorite is the mix berry, I love grabbing one before heading to yoga.

I love my neighborhood juice bar! This is hands down my first stop whenever I am feeling like I am getting sick. Squeeze has tons of juice shots you can choose from if you are feeling a little under the weather or in need of extra energy. I highly recommend ‘One night in Bangkok’ if you want a spicy juice or their coconut milk if you want something a little sweeter. I’m obsessed with their mixed berry chia pudding, it’s delicious! All and all the service here is fantastic and you can tell the people who work here love their jobs and believe in their products!

Sadly the dressing of my salad was not packed with the top on right and it leaked in the car
The pudding jars were Devine pudding with fruit, nuts and coconut on top
They are worth coming to pick up a few
They don’t come cheap at 5 dollars a pop
If your vegan or vegetarian this place is a must try

Wow! I came in for a wrap, they didn’t have any since it was Sunday. I ended up buying the best dessert off my life. The CARMELITA! She is not to be played with. I regretted not buying two. They are seriously dangerous

I had a little bit of a hard time finding the place. It didn’t help that I was in a rush because they were closing soon. The juices were expensive, and not a tone of choices, but I was happy to see everything was organic. They were very nice. I will probably go back.

Great juice options, ginger and wheat grass shots too. There are a few quick über healthy lunch items in the fridge. Not a huge selection but it’s super fresh. I was feeling a little ill when I went here the first time. The employee was very knowledgeable and was able to help me select the right juice, along with a ginger shot, to cure what was ailing me. There is a parking lot and space inside for eating. Not sure if they have wifi. Next time I do a juice detox I will definitely stock up here.

Always fresh cold press juices in countless great flavors. For those new to juicing or people who just want a healthy kick, they have multiple cleanses or «beginner friendly» single juices that are reasonably priced and easy to drink. The healthy food is great on the go for meals and snacks!

I’m definitely a fan of Squeeze Juice Works! Just recently I tried it again at the Indie Flea. I tried one of their holiday specials with pomegranates and cinnamon and liked that. I also tried the Super Greens and liked that one a lot.
My mom recently gave me one of her concoctions, and it definitely was not a winner. I bought the Large bottle of Super Greens to give her an idea of something I loved. This was it. She loved it too!

Great place if your looking to be /​get healthy. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent variety of juices, nut milks, kombucha and healthy shots. Definitely worth your time to stop by and get a healthy lunch. I love this place!

They were out of my favorite collard wrap so I tried this salad. This was great also.

Best juice bar in Tampa! Great atmosphere, a huge selection of juices that are well organized by the amount of fruit that is in each one. Also I love that they come in glass bottles. After 10 you get $ 5 off which is a great way to thank loyal customers. Love this place! Try Daily Mean Green :)

This place is clean, friendly, and the juices taste so fresh! They also use glass jars for the juices huge plus! If you bring back your empty jugs they will give you money back for every jug you bring back! Nice way to recycle :)

Love this place. Local, small business. Their juice selection is excellent including a bunch of almond milk choices.
Had a full on vegan collard green taco. Spicy and tasty. Perhaps a little more filling needed but now that I think about I’m full. The «meat» is made of walnuts and a bunch of veggies.
The Carmelita bar was UNREAL as a small dessert. If you’re looking for chicken or shrimp this is the wrong place. But if you’re super healthy this place is definitely a potential habit former.
My guess is this place changes their food offerings quite a bit. Go for it. It’s worth your time if you’re committed to eating healthy

Hey baby, what do you want on your pizza? I have sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, olives and peppers.

This place is great. Fresh Juices cold pressed. Unique flavor combinations which is great for someone who isn’t looking for just the basic 3 veggie and fruit combo. Which will cut allot of sugar out. The store offers different juice cleanses and even shots for when your not feeling well. I guess if you want to do a juice fast this would be a great place to go so that you don’t get bored and there are allot of different options. Unfortunately, I have a super nice juicer at home and I like to make my own fresh pressed juices for my family..

I am not a huge juicer but when I am feeling crappy after a lot of heavy eating or I want to look skinny for a beach day, I do a one day juice cleanse to flatten the tummy.
If you have not done a juice cleanse, this is a great place to try it because the juices are fairly easy to drink and that is because the put a lot of fruit in their juices (and you get a lot of fluid to keep you from feeling hungry all the time). Now there is a con to that because you’re not getting as many veggies with these cleanses as with others. Still, you have the benefit of a juice cleanse without holding your nose trying to get through the drinks.
The other great thing is they have several juices to choose from so you can tailor your juice cleanse to better fit your taste.
If you’re already a hard core juicer, Squeeze maybe too much fruit juice for you. FK’s juice cleanse régime leans very heavy towards veggies and are Less calories bc they use less fruit juices which is great but then I was holding my nose trying to get through several of FK’s juices.
With Squeeze they request you give them 48 hrs advance notice to do a juice cleanse. Well, I can’t plan that far in advance sometimes. I called up the day I wanted to do a cleanse and luckily they had enough premade to do it.
The ladies at the St Pete location are far more helpful and informative than the lady I encountered at the Tampa location. I won’t take a star away from one person’s poor customer service skills from an otherwise great company though.
These juice cleanses do work to reset my system, even just the one day cleanses. I will return next time I need to do one, though I will go to the St Pete location.

I LOOOVVVVVVVVVEEEEEE SQUEEZE JUICE WORKS!!! For so many reasons…
First of all, let me say IF YOU ARE NOT INTO JUICING… like the «Ewwww, I just don’t like how it taaassteeess» people… then you will complain about the prices and you will not grasp exactly HOW EPIC THIS PLACE IS! (if you have never juiced at least once in your life, I can’t trust you anyway. BLOOP!!)
I’m doing a MAJOR cleanse/​raw vegan detox, as soon as I finish all the «homework» for my consultant. So I’m incorporating small changes before the green fist comes down. I found this juice bar because they are the sponsors for the Joe Cross book signing next week, the man behind Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead 1 & 2. (AWESOME DOCUMENTARY… WATCH IT) Anyhoo… The selection is awesome, if you ask me. I just know how time consuming juicing is and I am thankful to the high heavens that someone else is doing the work for me. They have shots for $ 3 AND juice for $ 5 lil shots and 16oz for $ 10. I did a shot of E3 with blue algae in it. It tasted like cotton candy. (hahahahhaaaaaaaa, try one for yourself if you want to know how it really tastes.) I’ve only had 3 juices, Daily Greens, One night in Bangkok, and Liver Quiver and they all TASTE FANTASTICO!!!
They also sell Healthforce products here. I’m waiting on Vitamineral Green to come in the mail as I type this. The selection is small but they said they are going to ramp up the selection.
My only gripe would be the parking. It’s really slim in that gravel parking lot and I come first thing in the morning. However… once I started incorporating juice into my diet… EVERYTHING TASTES BETTER, I FEEL AMAZING! I cannot sing the praises of this place enough. TRY ONE AND QUIT BEING SQUARE PEOPLE!!!

Squeeze is awesome. Their staff is friendly, greets you when you walk in & they have let me taste so many of their juices/​teas.
I love their XXX Greens juice & today I tried their food for the first time – AMAZING. The staff was super helpful & made some great recommendations. I’m not a vegan & I’ve never tried vegan food that was blow-​my-​mind-​awesome, but the taco salad I had today blew me away (vegan walnut taco meat, vegan nacho cheese, onion bread, WOW). It was so good, and reasonably priced!
As with all cold pressed fresh squeezed juices, they can get a little pricey but Squeeze sometimes have juices that need to be consumed on the day of purchase for ½ off. All the ½ off juices were a great way for me to try a bunch of their greens!

Eco friendly bottles of glass filled with healthful, delicious fruit and veggies. All organic, cold pressed, made for those that want to lead a tasty and nourishing diet. I don’t always have time to make a salad, so I’ll drink my greens. This juice option allows me to get the things my body needs that I wouldn’t ordinarily consume (BEETS? no way. In a juice? Heck yeah).
Squeeze offers several different types of juice (green, reds, mylk, etc) and other healthy options– organic salads, etc and snacks like paleo granola.
There is a cute area to eat in and a «bar» with stools around the counter for you to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere of minimalism at it’s best.
What I really appreciate about this particular cold pressed juice establishment is the loyalty punch card. Fill & get $ 5 off. Totally attainable. This is the only juice location in the area that I am aware of that offers this incentive.

I’m not a juicer. I haven’t had a lot of juice before. I must say, however, that I really enjoyed Squeeze.
I stopped in today at the recommendation of Sarah B. I wasn’t feeling well and she let me know that they had some shots that helped the immune system. I went for the «Flu Shot», which went down pretty easily. I also talked to them about what juices could help my immune system and I purchased 2 additional juices to bring home. The juice was fresh and tasty and I’m hoping it helps me kick this cold!
The atmosphere and staff are both nice here. If you are into juice, this seems to be the place to be. I will be back!
