I was taking my shirts, ties and suits there until one day I had an incident with the owner. I picked up my dry cleaning which amounted to $ 3.50. I handed him a $ 20 bill. I didn’t think to check the exact change when he handed it to me and I put my change into my pocket and went back to my office. Later that afternoon, I noticed I had only $ 6.50 in my pocket, not $ 16.50. After I finished work, I went back before they closed and I brought the mistake to the owner’s attention. The owner got upset, and he treated me as if I was lying and told me to get out of his store. I will never do business with Bravo Cleaners again!
