Personally I have Verizon, but I went with a friend of mine to get a new LGG2. I had purchased one from Verizon two weeks prior. It was a very mixed experience. First of all their systems were down all morning. While this was not their fault, my issue was that my friend was looking at the various phones on the wall and the sales people preferred to stand around and BS instead of assisting him. We ended up primarily working with Anthony. He not only was not very informed on the functions of the LGG2, but he also gave us incorrect information. For instance, I had asked if there was an online manual since I wanted to learn more about what this phone could do and his reply was, «No. Just play around with it and figure it out». Fortunately when we came back the 3rd time that day we spoke with Jeremiah. He is the only reason that this review is not receiving 1 star instead of 2. He was incredibly patient and showed us some really cool features of the phone. When I told him what Anthony said he was a little shocked. He told me that there was a manual on the AT&T website! As Anthony works for AT&T you would think he would have known that. Over all, if you are going to this location be careful who you talk to.
