All I wanted to do was call the dang store to see if they had galaxy s6 in stock. I’d been burned earlier that week when I came in all excited to upgrade and they didn’t even have the phone they’ve been offering everyone and couldn’t tell me when they would be getting more. It’s next to impossible to get through to the store on the phone. The phone system won’t let you stay on hold for more than 2 minutes, after that they send you to a call center. The 5th time, I finally got through: to a CUSTOMER. She answered the phone very unprofessionally, I asked if this was verizon, and the lady told me «yes, but I’m a customer» and told me to hold on! WHAT? Pardon my French, but why in the hell would you ever let a customer answer a business phone? I stayed on the line for like 10 minutes, but no one ever came on the line. I finally got my phone later that week, after an hour and a half of irritation and disappointment. First I was forgotten, because they’re so reliant on their stupid tablets and somebody messed up when they were putting in my info, so I didn’t show up in their stupid virtual queue. So all the sales reps stood around staring at me sitting there for like 20 minutes before asking me if someone was helping me. Really made me uncomfortable. I’m pretty sure they all hated me by the end of the exchange. I asked a million questions because I don’t trust them not to rip me off, and I just want to know how my plan works. There were a whole bunch of things that I had been promised when I came in before, like $ 100 for trading in my phone. It would be helpful if they had mentioned that your phone has to be in pristine condition, or even just looked over my phone before they promised me anything! They also promised my husband that he could upgrade early, but they renigged that offer too. Now he has to wait until October. They set themselves up for failure and angry customers when they offer something before actually checking to make sure you even qualify. It’s common sense, and no one there has it. And I refused all their stupid accessories. Even their screen protectors are freaking $ 25! They tried to sell me this bundle of accessories«on sale» for ONLY $ 90. It was a screen protector, case, and car charger. First of all, I’ve had other galaxy phones so I already have a car charger that will work. I told them I could buy the same case and screen protector they were showing me online for way cheaper. The guy rolled his eyes at me. But I went home later that night and bought the $ 50 case for $ 35 and the $ 25 tempered glass screen protector for $ 5 on amazon with free shipping. Same brands. Screw you verizon. If it wasn’t for the fact that you are the only provider that has coverage everywhere I need to go and we get a discount from the company we work for, I’d be long gone! Ok rant over, peace out. *drops mike*

I agree with the previous review that the customer service at this store is the worst of any retailer, at least in my 50 years. I have been a loyal Verizon customer since 1991. We have three phones which puts my family plan at over $ 2200 per year. I was promised $ 200 trade in per phone with the purchase of the new Iphone 6 and a two year contract. I have two kids in college so I bought two new phones at a total cost of $ 400, I paided in full and waited over two week for the phones to come in. My one son came home from college and we traded his phone and got the $ 200. I said I would be back in 10 days when son #2 comes home. When we came back they said the offer is now only $ 100 since we passed a date that I was never made aware of. They absolutely new of my entire situation and never informed me of a deadline. I explained the details but they fell on deaf ears. I asked to see a mgr. and the GM himself, a Mr. Reed was in the store and at first would not see me but had my sales person offer me $ 50. I thanked him for the offer but wanted to see the mgr. Mr. Reed came out very smug, «condescending“as the other review stated, and said he would not offer more than $ 50 and felt that it should be split between Verizon and me. I asked what did I do wrong. He did not answer said $ 50 was it. I thanked him for the offer and ask him put in writing on the back of his business card and I would consider it but was not satisfied and would call the customer service line. I said you are really going to let me leave disgruntled over $ 50, that won’t make or break either one of us. He said that’s it. I called Verizon customer service who at first only offered me $ 28 then I got to a higher level which listen and documented my situation put it through arbitration and awarded $ 128. For me it was not about the $ 50, it was about how the GM mishandled this customer’s situation. He made it personal. When I did trade in my phone and get only the $ 100, the sales person was very nice. He walked with me out the door and asked if there was anything else he could provide and would appreciate a good survey score if he and the store deserved it. I told him he would get a 10 the store which is a refection of the GM a 1. He was disappointed to hear that and I explained my experience. He offered the additional $ 50 that was on the back of the GM business card. I thanked him and declined the offer as I said to your GM it was never about the $ 50 it was about how you choose to treat your customers.

I have never received such bad customer service. The manager was very condescending and every time I asked a question he rolled his eyes. I went into the mall to get an upgrade and left switching providers altogether!
