I see previous review regarding what I would assume was meant to say NON– demonstrative, rather than demonstrative about speaking with Monica on the phone. Also the comment of speaking down to you as you would imagine she treats her employees.
Shocked that an opinion and a review was arrived by a 5 min phone conversation!
I’m a former employee of Monica’s and I will say she NEVER spoke down to me. She is very professional, kind hearted and I learned a lot from her. She follows real estate laws that include each tenant to be aware of WHO the property manager, licensed agent is. Employee would be calling to set up the appointment for HER to attend. There’s no reason to talk to the employee again if you have a scheduled appointment set and agreed with Monica.
Monica is a great person, liked by many clients and tenants, I heard this often from them. She is very knowledgeable of leasing real estate.
Definitely don’t let a 5 min call with a bunch of someone’s «feelings» discourage you from hiring her. She truly will work hard for you.

Property management is a challenging role but Monica brings years of practical and professional experience to her clients. She also has an extensive network of service providers for any homeowner needs. She has helped several of my friends find great rental properties in the area.

Very disappointed– I was returning a call for Shayla who called to find out about conducting a showing @1:45. When I called Monica answered and was quite demonstrative and not kind. I explained that I was returning the call for Shayla for a showing at 1:45pm — she proceeded to say that «Shayla works for me, I am the property manager– and I have 2pm to show you» I said that is fine and asked for Shayla to please give me a call back. She hung up the phone on me. I called back it went to voicemail — I left a vm for Shayla to give me call back — Monica then called back and proceeded to say how can I help you. I said for Shayla to please give me a call back and hung up. She called back twice and I let it go to voicemail. Monica — very disappointing– Shayla seems like a great employee but YOU as the property manager VERY disappointing. If you have a potential renter you might not want to talk down to them or treat them like how I would imagine you treat your employees. I hope Shayla can move on to something where her boss will respect her (and potential customer’s) value. For those who are conducting property management thru this company — Monica — just lost a customer /​potential renter because of her customer service skill set.

Tarpon Springs Florida Ripped off Monica Hulzing You cant keep our money!!! You stated in writing, When You move out you can have a check!! Over 170 texts and over 30 pictures. ROACHES, RIPPED SCREENS, ANIMAL HAIR IN THE FRIDGE NOT TO MENTION EVERYWHERE ELSE, Bad Appliances. All listed on move in
well 1 or 2 light bulbs per fixture, c’mon!!You stated many things, but I get it .Your Rules. Just put it on the list, well we did and you did nothing. You did not walk through property, you are not a professional in my eyes. The tenenat moved out the night before we arrived, Nails in the walls EVERYWHERE, FILTH which you saw!!! We tried and you LIED!! Legacy properties cares for her pocket only. I am glad we have freedom of speech. But I thought you were not to speak about privacy of the homeowners personal life??? No money to repair items, to be honest michael she is having a really hard time financially right now, So I guess you gave her all the money that should have been in the bank!!.I am tired of this .Now I have to file a law suit, Really!!! MOnica Hulzing you owe my family money, do not say we changed our minds do not say you had a right to lien our money There was NO DAMAGE and The HOME WAS NICER WHEN WE LEFT!!, There was no objection to moving out when we hand carried the 30 day notice to you. Which by the way you said was not neccesary. If anyone does business with Legacy Properties @ 110 athens st Tarpon Springs Florida, GET YOUR MONEY UPFRONTAND ALL IN WRITING, Oh we have it in writing, But again, her rules. This business should looked at?? I think theres a BOND available to lien I am still checking. Talk to my lawyer, WE WILL!!! Do not give her your KEYS!!!
