Very rude. Did not know most of the questions we asked regarding rental we were being shown. Basic questions. Constantly in a hurry. Why make the appointment then??? Unprofessional.

Any time I have a friend who is looking for a rental or a property management company, I send them to Monica without hesitation because I know she will take care of them. I am really not sure how she keeps her sanity with some of the crazies and deadbeats she deals with on a daily basis but I know one thing for certain, I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from her.
