The owner of this shop had nothing but attitude the minute I walked in the door. I kindly asked what flavors he had and he asked me if I can read English, then proceeded to read each on off to me. I gave him a dirty look and he had the guts to verbally insult me. I have no problem laughing these things off personally but as for customer service this is a major problem. I tried the Pumpkin flavor and it barely tasted like pumpkin and was watery. The Yogurt Crêpe place further down on Route 9(next to Pastry Chef) Is so much better, customer service is amazing, and totally worth the money!

This place has new ownership and it’s much better than before. I enjoyed fresh toppings and delicious flavor choices last night when I visited. In hope they keep it up!

Would go here all the time out of default but yogurt Le crêpe is cleaner, kinder and a more pleasant environment overall. Will certainly have to step up their game to compete.

I see people seem to hate this place but I didn’t have a problem. It wasn’t terrific but it wasn’t terrible, either. The flavor selection is really limited but the consistency and flavor were good. The toppings were plentiful and the place seemed relatively clean. The guy at the counter was not particularly knowledgeable about the products but he was friendly enough. Nothing to write home about but I didn’t leave disappointed, either.

it seemed pretty grimy in here. the toppings didnt seem fresh. and the freaking air conditioner, which is located right above the entrance, dripped into my yogurt on the way out. ew. yes, i still ate the other side. i guess it was already so gross i figured what the hell. and i cant believe i just admitted that LOL.

Dreadul. Chemical tasting, limited toppings, expensive and unfriendly staff.

It was nice to have a choice for a snack. The flavors are all the same, despite people asking for new flavors. The machines aren’t cold enough so the yogurt is soupy. Some times, the yogurt is sour, but they won’t acknowledge that fact and keep selling«sour soup». The owners STILL ignore all complaints and requests for different flavors, so we don’t go there anymore. Tajke your money and buy an ice cream bar at 7 – 11.

OK, this place isn’t nearly as good as Frannie’s Goodie Shop in Mt. Kisco, but it’s a lot closer to home for me. The yogurt is good, but there are a limited number of flavors and toppings. I’ve been here a few times now, and every time, the tables were all really dirty. And they weren’t busy, so they could have easily been wiped clean. One time, the place was full of fruit flies, which was super annoying. The other thing that bothers me is that there’s a tip jar. What am I supposed to be tipping for? I grab my own cup, fill it with the yogurt and toppings that I want and then stick it on a scale. The employees press a few buttons and take my money and give me change. I’m sorry, but that’s like being asked to tip a cashier at a grocery store… but even that involves more work than this, since they actually have to hold all of your items and move them across the scanner. This is literally just a cash exchange. Anyway, I do like having a frozen yogurt place so nearby, and I like having fruit topping options, but this place needs to step up its game a bit, IMO.
