Robert and his team have been servicing our 3 family vehicles for the past few years. We are incredibly pleased with the work done and the honesty for future and current services. For example, one of our vehicles was coming up for brakes to be replaced and Robert let us know so we could plan for the expense. I’ve been a Bob Stapp customer for 15 years. I was referred to him by a 30 year loyal customer. Bob and his crew are honest and knowledgeable. They have kept my SUV running perfectly for over 150,000 miles! And they now also maintain my new car. He is the ONLY mechanic I trust enough to recommend.

I will write an easy and succinct review. Robert and his team are trustworthy, fairly priced, know their business and stand behind their work. Once you find a team like this, you will/​should never need to go anywhere else for your auto repair and maintenance.

3 great experiences. The last was hooking up my battery ground to the chassis: Mazda cited $ 52 for the part… I found a part for $ 3 and, well, I didn’t do such a good job; they had the part for $ 3 and attached it so that it actually works, for $ 10 more. Honest, forthright, decent, helpful, kind and, most important, good + cheap. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I don’t know why I’m the first to review Robert Stapp’s place. I’ve owned 5+ cars and have been to numerous mechanic shops until I stumbled into this place. I’m very happy to find this organization that comprises of 3 honest, knowledgeable, and hard working mechanics. To top if off, fair pricing. Not the lowest prices, but definitely very fair and fully worth it.
One reason I will continue me business with them is because they are friendly. They speak to customers while they wait and have conversation.
Also, I fully trust them because they are honest. They are not the type to tell you there is a additional problem just to pull money from you. I usually get a second opinion everywhere I go, but here I know they won’t BS me.
The only nuisance is that they get kind of busy and only have 2 lifts, so sometimes there is a wait or you have to go and come back. I guess I have to wake up a little earlier.
