I can’t express how unspeakably incompetent and terrible every interaction I have had with this company has been.
To begin, I spent approximately 3 hours on the phone with one of their estimators trying to get a solid and accurate quote for moving our belongings. After all of this, I was given an quote and told to sign it. The Quote was full of errors, but I was assured that they had to «do it this way» to account for cubic feet and promised that this is the amount that I would pay no matter what.
The day of the pack out arrives and the movers come into my apartment and within 5 minutes have told me that it is going to cost considerably more than the quote but «if [I took] care of them, they would take care of me». I found it more than a little curious that they were ready to jack the price immediately. After all was said and done, my quote went from $ 1487 to $ 3100. When I told them that was too much I was told that if «we gave them a good tip, they could get us a good price». Their good price was still absurdly over the quote I was given. Further more, if like they said, you only pay what is quoted… where was the additional $ 1600 going???
I then called the office itself and proceeded to be patronized and spoken down to because I had signed a quote that one of their (obviously poorly trained) employees had told me was accurate. I was repeatedly told that I shouldn’t have signed the quote and they completely refused to take any responsibility for not actually coming out to the apartment to give an accurate quote.
I’m waiting to get my $ 150 dollar deposit back now, and if I don’t, I will proceed to take further action.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE MOVERS!!! Not one part of our experience with them was honest or respectable.

I give this Company 5 stars!!! I contracted this company for my move to Houston last month. I received a call from Steve (sales rep) He took down an inventory list and gave me a quote for my move, I thought the price was reasonable being that I was moving a 4 bedroom house. I received other quotes from MANY companies, some lower, some higher but I chose Suburban because they were honest with me from start to finish. They let you know everything in advance, there were no surprises. The crew in CA was amazing Olvin and his crew were very fast and efficient. They really did a fantastic job packing my fragiles and antiques, the price did go up a little, but I did request additional packing and my TV’S to be crated. I did not mind, they did quality work. Delivery was also good, I received my stuff 7 business days later. The delivery crew was also very nice, fast and even put my beds together. I appreciate this company and staff. Moving is never easy especially across country, but they made it such a positive experience, and made my move one less thing I had to worry about. Thank you Suburban! I will definitely be referring you guys!

I moved with suburban relocation from ca to tx and had the best service I could have asked for. The guys showed up on the day of the move with all the packing that I needed (it was a last minute move and didn’t have time to pack), did a great job packing and keeping my items safe. Did a great job loading all my delicate items (my wife has some old stuff). On the delivery end they were in touch with me all the way and made the delivery on time without any complication. All in all I will defiantly recommend to use this company if you plan to move cross state.
Thank you also to the office team that guided me and informed me of all charges and gave me a very fair price for my move.

Recently moved with suburban relocation from south CA to MD and it was by far my best moving experience I had. The guys that came to load me were very easy going and knew exactly what I needed done. They stayed within the price range I was promised on the quote and the sales person that I spoke to asked the right question and knew all the answers to my own questions in order to get to the best price they offered me. I will defiantly recommend them to all my friends and family for they’re upcoming moves.
