I was just at their drive thru and I asked for a frappé and two cookies, so she told me they didn’t have any cookies I said okay just give me the frappé. I drive around and there are two windows so I stop at the first window thinking that I have to pay at that window then take my order at the second one, and there I was waiting for like five minuets at that first window and nobody comes out. The car behind drives around me to the second window and they get their order before me even though they ordered after me. When I drive to the second window I ask her why they don’t have a sign or something that says «go to the second window» or something and she says because people usually just go to the second window then she hands me my frappé in a soda cup and says they ran out of the frappé cups. Just terrible services.

Extremely slow. Staff is always rude. You sit at the drive thru speaker for five minutes just to be told hold on. Then you wait another five minutes to order and another ten for the food, which is usually put together sloppy and if you have a special order, they will mess it up.

My sister always said that you eat at a fast food place because it’s fast and it’s cheap. So when you go to a fast food place and it’s neither fast, nor cheap, there’s not reason to eat there. You might as well go to a sit down restaurant or just make yourself and sandwich and a can of soup at home. This BK is not fast. And, given the fact that they always forget half your order that you already paid for, it’s not cheap either. In fact, prices seem a bit higher here overall than other Burger King locations, though that might just be my overall negative opinion of this place clouding my impression of the costs. In any event, while I’m all for a burger and fries late at night, this isn’t the place it get it.
