McDonald’s

About as fine of a dinning experience as you could expect. If you have children and are using the dining area near the playscape. consider a different location. It’s in desperate need of a deep cleaning at minimum. preferably a remodel. They also have a history of not exactly getting orders correct or providing the requested or accompanying condiments. Check your order if you’re in the drive thru!

Where do I start?
If you have any changes from the norm you’d better check it before you pull away from the drive-​thru window.
Since this is the local McDonald’s I guess we are gluttons for punishment. We keep thinking things will get better, but they often surprise us.
I think the biggest problem is that the workers in back don’t read or can’t accurately read the grill slips. When I order a quarter pounder with NO CHEESE the slip taped to the box says no cheese but somehow I end up getting a slice of cheese and often extra cheese. How can one screw this up?
When I worked at McD’s some 30 years ago the managers were required to verify all special orders, they were responsible and if someone screwed up we would hear about it in seconds.
Maybe the tough love approach died when society told parents to always tell kids they were perfect in every way and could do nothing wrong…

Here I am again, because my child likes the occasional Happy Meal, and WITHOUT FAIL, you have to pull over and WAIT for a simple meal or two. Literally, two meals! How can a supposed fast food joint CONSTANTLY have ridiculous waits?! You’re NOT a five star, four star, or even two star restaurant where I have to sit and be served. Nobody should have to wait almost ten minutes for a meal. I’m definitely taking my business to different McDonalds from now on. It’s perpetually amateur hour here. Get it together!

Mess up orders all the time and staff always talk to you like it’s your problem and oil for the fryer for french fries oh my God yuck I’ll drive to telegraph to get better service

Simple order given to simple minded people that work the late shift. Oh yes they got it wrong. Does that surprise you. Grown-​ups working the late shift at McDonald’s. Enough said

Always screws up orders. They charge for sauces. The staff is always going and untrained. I have never been happy with this place. Poor McDonald’s.
