Been here twice. Both times the service was awful and the food sucked. Last time when we say down there was a rollie pollie on the table then we didn’t even see our waitress for 25 minutes and didn’t get our food for another 20. Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Go to leos down the street its cheaper and way better

Terrible experience. I had a horrible experience at this location. I ended up calling the cops on my waitress who was obviously insane. I have filed a complaint with the police against the employee and I have filed a complaint with corporate.

On the higher side was served spoiled shrimp manager says everything is frozen nothing’s fresh waitress didn’t give refill and at night staff smoke joints on the side of building also they don’t know how to dust wont return

Basic Denny’s style. Waitstaff was nice, young girl you took our money was hardly paying attention. Good was ok. Not bad not great. It was middle of the road quality. It’s a great place for breakfast off the expressway. Next to a Bob Evans. Decently priced.

The table was still wet when we sat down. The menus were placed on top of the wet surface which prevented the table from drying. The cheese sticks were ok but kept breaking apart. The flour tortillas were slightly burnt. The man who cashed us out was strange and had a dangling ear ring in his right ear. We get it, this isn’t the 80’s.

They have the most affordable breakfast in the area. The food is ALWAYS fresh and the service is GREAT! Everyone is always smiling and no matter what special request I’ve ever had they always make it happen!

Good service and food. The chicken patties were great. We ate at 11:30 and I’m still full at 5 pm.

This location was extremely disappointing for a number of reasons. First, all other Denny’s locations that I have ate it gave you three pieces of French toast this one only gives you two. And secondly, the bathroom was disgusting, there was toilet paper all over the floor and feces in the toilet. Based on the cleanliness (or lack there of) of the restaurant and bathroom and small food Proportions I cannot recommend this location.

The food is not worth as much as you get for it. Two breakfasts and two Cokes cost my girlfriend and me about $ 25. My girlfriend’s ONE slice of french toast cost $ 4! Swapping mushrooms for broccoli in my skillet was a $ 1.70 charge (that I didn’t do).
My ultimate skillet was pretty good though. Sausage, peppers, onions, grape tomatoes with eggs on top (any kind you want). Toast was an extra 99 cents.
The server was nice, I’ll give her that. The place was pretty dead for a Sunday morning at 8:45 a.m. I’d rather get a much cheaper bill at a mom and pop diner.

Where has all the Denny’s restaurant go?!
Why is this the closest location now?! Ok but anyway — regular Denny’s nothing really special. I usually love breakfast at the Denny’s in Southfield before it closed so I figure how different could he be — well i was wrong. The food wasn’t nasty but I wouldn’t talk about it — I had an bacon avacado omelette which the picture looked amazing but in «real life» it just looked like someone popped it in the microwave. I still ate my food — only half, then took a to go box.
Next time i’ll be skipping breakfast at least here — maybe I’ll try a burger or salad, then that will determine if i’ll be back again especially since i’m going the distance to eat out here.

Denny’s has really come up.
This particular location has been revamped and has risen above «diner» status and settled more into the «casual dining» level.
Denny’s as a whole, has a TON of menu items to choose from.
On my visit, I ordered the avacado bacon omelette. It was cooked very well. It was tasty and I was pleased. Portion size was huge and it came with hash browns and toast. Their coffee was good… (Hey, not everybody’s coffee is good, so this was review worthy lol). Service was good… no complaints there.
Despite the place being PACKED, we were seated right away (just a party of 2) and didn’t have to wait long for our food at all.

My family and I go here practically every week, and really enjoy their food, super awesome service because we ask for KERI, she is one of the best waitress we ever had, and one of the reasons we keep coming back, we really like their specials and the prices and atmosphere is really pleasant. Great burgers, awesome breakfast, and very good nachos.

Both times my husband and I have eatne here it has been a bad experience. very slow service, had to wait ten minutes+ after being served our food for silverware. order messed up and got attitude when we wanted it fixed. We will just avoid this place when in the area.

The food is edible for the most part and the servers I’ve had here seem ok. That’s all it’s got going for it. I’ve never come here drunk though, so maybe that’s the downfall…

Sometimes you just need a Super Bird. And this Denny’s is my favorite because, well, it’s the only one Downriver. Instant win!
There’s a really great server here who has Southern charm, just something about him. His name is Brian and he calls us «folks». I love him and the service he provides.
Denny’s is a pretty solid place when it comes to selection and price. Sometimes the food is a little bit slow coming from the kitchen, but I don’t go every week so it’s something I put up with.
