I live in Southern California so the idea of being in Telluride for awhile without phở makes me starved for home food. So this morning when I passed by Slurp and had a chance to try out Trang and Britney’s Vietnamese cooking, I did. Chicken Phở. They did a pretty good job with the broth. Like it! Thumb up

OH. MAN. This place is phở-​nomenal! Killer food (im ADDICTED to the steamed banana cakes with coconut sesame magic on them) and such good service! Particularly delicious on rainy afternoons: D
