Food is okay. But it’s kinda a rip off this place. No wonder there was zero business. Location blows, they charge for debit and credit transactions(30cents). There is a lock on the bathrooms and you can only use ramekins if you have takeout. And not to mention they fill your drinks for you so there is no refills. Probably won’t come back. No real reason too.

Always on point with their food here. Never had any issues. Reminds me of the local taco shops in San Diego. Authentic street tacos that remind me of the days we used to go to tijuana to party and stop at the taco shop after. Had the tripa street tacos last night and they were good as always. One of the best mexican restaurants in Temecula. Plus they are open 24 hours for your burrito and tacos needs.

I went to Burritos Santana with my cousin yesterday, and we ordered the following: — 2 Fish Tacos + 1 Free(Daily Special) = 6.55 dollars. — 3TJ Tacos = ~ 4.50 dollars. It was delicious, especially with the Habanero salsa! They got some great choices when it comes to sauces. Most of it are spicy! I love spicy salsa sauce! PS. Their wifi name showed up on my phone; however, they do not give out the password for it. How do I know? I asked. 4 Stars because it was a little pricey. Oscar’s Tacos in La Jolla(Best Tacos in San Diego — in my opinion) is a dollar after 2:30PM, I believe it is every weekday? I am not quite sure.

I haven’t been to this place in a couple of months and I remember it being my favorite Mexican food place in Temecula, but I’ve been coming a lot more recently. The menu was changed up a bit and I was a bit disappointed about them not having the supreme Cali burrito cuz that was my favorite. Plus, I noticed they have a bunch of Mexican desserts that look very yummy to try for my next visits. I’ve been on the hunt for the best chicken rolled tacos in Temecula. I was bummed cuz they don’t offer chicken rolled tacos w/guac and cheese, but the lady at the front suggested me the chicken flautas which is about the same, but also different. In the end I actually really liked the chicken flautas and have been coming back for more! Btw, I found a new Mexican restaurant that has the old Santana’s menu and it’s at Alvarado’s along Hunter Rd. They just opened recently. I found my old favorite supreme Cali burrito there and it tasted just the same(:

I have been in here several times since the new ownership(I never came under the old ownership). The food is hit or miss depending on what you order and what time you come in. Sometimes its greasy, sometimes not, sometimes its good, but most times its mediocre. The place looks clean. The menu isn’t correct. On the menu board it says my burrito is supposed to be $ 6.10 without tax, the burrito always rings up at $ 6.55. FIXYOURMENUAND I’LLFIXMYREVIEW!!!

Came back recently to try their fish tacos again. They weren’t as good as I remembered from before. The sauce seems to have a bit of salsa roja mixed in, which is fine, but the tacos themselves were just okay this time around. I also had to settle with ordering a plate because of the minimum card charge. The rice and beans were forgettable. It’s still a plus that the business stays open 24 hours, but they are not utilizing the space to accommodate for more seats. If I come back, hopefully the namesake burritos will be better. UPDATE: The California Burrito was small for the price and the fries were of the soggy sort. Service is usually fast though.
