They might be friendly, but boy is their service slow. The two times I decided to go there and take advantage of them being so close to my house– I immediately regretted it. Over 20 minutes both times to wait, place and receive my order. I got 1 burger and 1 small fry.
I sat in the drive thru picturing myself driving over the curb to get out of the drive thru. Also, the line always looks so short until you get one car in and have no choice to leave. I probably won’t go back unless I’m craving their food and have a lot of time on my hands-​nothing fast food about this place.

Drive through is slow, very slow. I avoid this place as much as possible but sometimes a situation forces me there — and I always regret it. It would be faster to drive to the one near the freeway…

The food is always good, but the staff makes it fun and are very personable. Angel has picked some good kids and trained them well. Place is clean and quick :)

They never have enough people working! it takes 20 to 30 minutes just to place an order and another 15 to 20 minutes to get the order I’d rather drive to another location.

Waited 22 minutes in the drive-​through for one burger and one drink. Food ok but not so fresh that they killed, cut, ground and Cooked the meat for the burger while I was waiting!

I went into Carl’s jr last night with my family, and Gina took our order, she was so sweet and helpful. She brought our food out to our table and we asked for ranch dressing and she brought it back for us. She also refilled my soda ! I’ve never had such great service at a fast food restaurant. I just wanted to give Gina a great THANK YOU! The food was hot and good. Will be back!

I came here because my daughter wanted some «Play Time» ordered her Chiken tenders, those were ok. I ordered the «Chicken Roll Tacos» more like bean roll tacos, they were not what i expected. They tasted loke beans! Pico de gallo has NO TASTE and the Red salsa is super bland.
The only good thing was, my daughter enjoyed her playtime.

Food is consistent and typical of any other Carl’s Jr. Unfortunately, for this particular location — the customer service may be friendly, but they are very slow. It does not matter whether you go inside to order your food or you attempt the drive thru; you will have slow service.
During a recent visit, I went inside and the dining room appeared to have been hit by a tornado. There were dirty napkins, wrappers, food particles, etc. on the tables and floor. Given the reputation we have had with this particular Carl’s Jr., we would rather drive an extra 2 – 3 miles down the road to visit other fast food burger places. The food just isn’t worth stressing over the wait time.
