I’m not one to Unilocal a Subway with the exception of this one. Most of the people that work here do an amazing job. Consistently really good and they don’t skimp like other places!

I like this subway, I think everyone is fairly nice and always good food. I have only had 2 bad experiences– one where a lady was ordering several sandwiches for something and I was annoyed at her and then tonight when I was horrified at how this kid, Anthony was acting towards a small Hispanic family. They were trying to order and were a little confused about a couple things but they seemed embarrassed and the kid ordered a sandwich and asked for something to be left off. Normally workers will say, «Hey, it’s cheaper to do this or if you do this the drink pays for its self.» I work front desk and understand customer service. I also have short patience certain days but what helps us when people are genuinely confused, especially being maybe 10 or something. Anthony with the tattoo should have just helped the kid out instead of making certain condescending comments or sounding irritated. He at one point mentioned how it didn’t make sense that the kid order his sandwich without something. Stating, «why would you say that?» The kid almost added the stuff back on because he was confused. It was so unprofessional and it felt awkward and rude.

My daughter and I just had our favorite sandwich(veggie delight on jalapeño bread) from this location and it was fabulous. We have been to many Subways and ordered the«Veggie Delight» only to discover later that they forgot spinach(a veggie very critical for my delight). Joshua, the employee working, not only had great attention to detail, but his customer service was excellent. This young man is friendly, pleasant and efficient — what an asset for this location.

Go anywhere else! They’ll cheat you. I used my Smart Card but they didn’t honor it. There were two guys working at the time. They both filled orders instead of doing it as other stores do… one starts a sandwich, the other finishes it. We waited 15 minutes for them to finish the order of THREE sandwiches before us — too long to make 3 sandwiches. I was overcharged, pointed it out, but they guy said«I charged you for 26″ even though you got a footlong and a 6″ so it’s cheaper for you»… WRONG. The footlong cost would have been $ 5 — my 6″ turkey should have been free. Instead I was charged $ 4.50 for one and $ 3.75 for the other. We added a 32oz drink(as required for the deal). My total should have been around $ 6.85 — instead it was almost $ 9. That doesn’t sound like much but, A. I’m on a tight budget and B. it was WRONG so it should have been rectified. My husband was in a hurry so I wasn’t able to protest any more than I did. The sandwiches were tasteless as well. All around a bad place to eat! The tables were dirty, floor was gross, and the area where they made the sandwiches was a mess.

It’s Subway what do you expect. This time they were out of jalapeño cheese bread and on my last two visits and this time they did not have any onions for my sandwich and didn’t offer any… Maybe I should try one of the other three on Temecula Parkway

I live right behind this location and that’s the only reason why it gets one star, for location. I’ve been here 3 times and«3 times you’re out» is my motto. The first time I went to buy a gift card and was told I couldn’t use my debit card — cash only. Wtf? — I always use my debit card for this transaction.(I’ve been buying gift cards for my son who’s on a diet so he doesn’t stray to a burger joint.) So I went to the Redhawk location and completed this transaction, no problem. With respect to my order, I get the same thing so I know exactly how much it costs. This Subway location charges you for toasted bread when you don’t get it toasted and thinks you’re not going to notice. So I had to tell the cashier not to charge me for that and they got annoyed that I even brought it up! The last time, the cashier couldn’t figure out how to correct it using the cash register, so he calculated it in his head. Even though he was 26 cents off in Subway’s favor, I just left without correcting him. And why does this location ask you«for here or to go?» Does that make a difference? They must be charging patrons to eat in to help pay the rent. I’m curious to hear from others on this charge. Lastly, I didn’t notice any«combo» specials posted. There’s a 6 inch reg. w/a cup of soup special right now that costs $ 6, but you won’t see it here. Anyway, from now on, I’m going to drive the extra 3 minutes to go to Redhawk!

Our visit today 02.08.2014 around 2:15PM was terrible! The two girls making our sandwiches were both sick! One was coughing and the other one managed to sneezed on her hand; instead of sneezing into, perhaps her elbow and I don’t know, away from our food!!! She looked at me, pretended nothing happened and went on to touch our sandwiches! WTH?! It’s not only gross but it’s NOTRIGHT!

Management needs to retrain these employees on food handling and preparation. One person put two pieces of bacon in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and was burned. The second person tried to put it on my sandwich and when I ppointed out that the bacon was burned and asked him to heat up new, he threw the bacon in the garbage frustrated. Also, soup was on much too high of a temperature and all I could taste was burn. I had to throw it out after 3 spoonfuls. I blame management on poor training.

When I first saw that a Subway was opening at this location I was ecstatic! I love Subway and have been wanting one so close to my home. My first 2 visits were good, the staff seemed a little overwhelmed and unfriendly but I just assumed they were still learning and would improve. On my next visit the staff seemed even less friendly and rushed me through my order even though they were not busy. Then when I went to pay the cashier informed me that I was«lucky they made my sandwich»(her actual words, no exaggeration) because it was a «breakfast» sandwich and it was lunch time(I was informed by another Subway that while the promo was running the breakfast sandwiches were available all day). Because I love my sandwich so much I thought I would try again even though I was spoken to so rudely last time, my mistake! As I walked into the store another customer was walking out… But there were no employees to be seen!!! I looked around, waited and I heard voices from the back. I continued to wait while listening to two female employees discuss EXTREMELYINAPPROPRIATE things and make racial comments about people. I continued to wait, and wait, and wait… After several minutes I had enough and left. I thought I would give Subway one more opportunity and I contacted the customer care department to let them know about the situation so they could use this as an opportunity for training and growth. No one ever responded or contacted me. Guess they don’t care so neither do I. So much for my favorite sandwich close to home!

I live off of nighthawk pass and work a lot through the day and bothers me sometimes when I have to drive to Margarita Rd to get a sandwich. Once this subway opened it has been a huge time saver considering it is literally on my way home! I noticed that the subway off of margarita doesn’t have very good service and doesn’t give you good enough portions. The first time I walked into the newly opened one I immediately noticed the better portions and much better customer service. I’m very happy to see a place that is healthy and is much closer to my home. Great place to go to for a good sandwich

This Subway opened a few days ago. I was happy to see a sandwich shop opening up closer to home. Since it just opened, all the furnishings, equipment, and kitchen area is clean and organized. The staff is friendly, helpful, and respectful. The food is on par with other Subway restaurants. All of the ingredients in the trays looked fresh. The dining area is fairly small so it has the potential to get noisy. All of the sandwiches we ordered tasted great. I would not hesitate returning. I certainly hope this place will continue to maintain high standards well into the future. Be on the lookout for coupons and specials so you don’t pay full price for your meal.
