Service is so slow forget the expression«fast food!» Parking lot is beat up so be ready for some off road driving. As for the food, so-so!

Today was a bad day for Carl’s. Service was super slow. Waited 5 minutes just to have my order taken and no one else was even in the restaurant. When the young man at the counter finally asked if I had been helped I said no and that this was poor service. The drive up lady gave me a very dirty look which after being in the restaurant for over 5 minutes she kept going back and forth from where I was standing she could have acknowledged that I was even in there. Too bad they must hate their jobs. I don’t think Mr. Karchner would have been too happy. Sorry if I misspelled his name.

Yea this branch is dirty. Food tastes weird. Last time I ever ate there someone put a large chunk of hair in my chicken sandwich. Called it into main company. It was way too much to be accident, they must have cut off a chunk as a joke?. This was a few years back.

Don’t know what happened. I use to work at this location 10 years ago and I don’t remember the quality of the food being like this. I ordered some chicken tenders at around 830 pm today. I was dissapointed that it was rubbery and tasted almost microwaved after being fried. Or being fried twice is a possibility. I hope the owner if it is the same person or manager look at these and make the staff realize to stop taking shortcuts. It’s just as easy to take the shortcuts as it is to do it right. Also just wanted to add a side note. The sewage that runs underneath the drive through road was leaking gas. Which can really effect your sales and is very disruptive to your customers. Close the drive through till it is fixed. It is something that even the gassy smells can make your customers sick.

I like Carl’s Jr, but this location makes to many mistakes at the drive through. Just check the order at the counter. Enjoy!

I like Carl’s, but this location is bad. Staff didn’t seem to care about service and it seemed dirty.

The service is AWFUL! I know it is just fast food… but why can’t people be nice? The two women taking your order rather you walk out then to be kind and just give a pleasant«HELLO». It does not HURTYOU to be nice. You should be thankful you have a job. The people greeting the customers should be service oriented, retrained, and able to speak CLEARENGLISH!!! Burger King HERE I COME!!!

WTF! Why Carl’s? Because, Carl is always there when you need him. Yes, the food is not the healthiest, but don’t think about the fast-food. I’m talking about location, location, location; especially in special situations. Carl’s Jr. is the rest area for the mobile wine tasting weary pilgrims. Keeping watch and standing strong like a lighthouse in typhoon weather, Carl’s is a freakin reliable refuge. There are always special requests for emergency restroom breaks or urgent cravings for something freakin greasy to fill the void on the limo bus.(This usually happens about 10 to 15 minutes after departing the last winery.) Indeed. This is the spot! No lines and restrooms — not necessary clean, but available.
