Well, we decided to return to this Subway with the hopes that things may have improved however this was not the case. See my previous review. This visit, I found I had to repeat my chioce of sandwich four times! enunciating each time BMT. the«sandwich artist repeated each time BLT! Well, that was the least of my concern since later in the day, I found that the bread used was so stale, it literally crumbled as I tried to eat it. I did not attempt to return the sandwich as the rest of my group were already enjoying their sandwiches at a local winery with me. Avoid this place at all costs! Yes, it’s just a sandwich but next time, I think we will pack a home made lunch.

Very dirty and under staffed had a line to the door during dinner rush and only ONE person scheduled ! Oh and it’s was pretty dirty inside as well! Avoid this place! The owners should be embarrassed !

Let’s see, I liked coming to this location cause usually there’s never a line. So came in no greeting like the other subways I go to instantly everyone greets you. But no biggy, started to order asked for a 6″ and the older woman pulls out a 4″ and said that’s all they had except white or wheat bread in a stern voice, definitely not guest friendly. Which I found ridiculous cause usually there SHOULD be a number of different types or bread you can choose from. Anyways, Ordered what I wanted, then the older woman started packing it up right away, didn’t ask if it was for here or to go, so I told her for here. Went to get a drink, low on ice… got«raspberry ice tea» was not, it was unsweetened tea. So poured it out and got something different. Also noticed no cookies but a crumb filled empty tray. I don’t get it… the place is dead, there is at least 2 people«working» but out of bread, out of cookies, low on ice, trash is full & unsweetened tea when it should have been raspberry. Then another customer walks in, just kidding it was one of the workers friends and the employee decides to sit down and have a chat instead of doing anything. Management needs to change some things, this place is small, shouldn’t be hard to actually do your job. def won’t be returning.

Everytime I come into the subway they are always out of something today there are out of straws they’ve been out of cucumbers me for a living out of cheese condiments I mostly eat at subways and every time I come here I leave disappointed unfortunately

No Swiss cheese because Swiss cheese is, according to the employee, more expensive. Really? No wonder the Italian restraint next door was packed and this subway was empty.

This is by far the worste subway in town. Terrible customer service and unfriendly. The two employee’s there were more interested on closing early and the female behind the counter just wanted to help the gentleman behind me. The only sandwiches available at 8:23 was beef and salami. 12−11−13. Thanks for nothing!

Terrible. Just terrible. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The customer service was horrible. The service was slow. The sandwiches were anorexic. I ordered three sandwiches and asked for cups for water and they didn’t have any. Offer me a regular cup!!! Is it my fault you guys didn’t order supplies properly? Thank you Starbucks for giving me water so I didn’t choke on my anorexic sandwich.

My wife and I went here because to this subway for lunch and I asked her to sit down because she was not feeling well. The tables were filthy. The two girls working were chatting up a storm and guy working there could not get our order right… I was not happy with the customer service. I seriously think corporate needs to be called. Other people should not have to put up with this. After receiving our food, it wasn’t even that good.

The worse subway my wife and I have ever been to as far as customer service and cleanliness. My wife walked in there at 8:30pm after going to the gym nearby and they don’t close until 9pm. We went inside and there was a guy employee standing behind the counter that said they’re closed. We looked at the counter and they had put everything away. WTF? Seriously? With 30 mins to before closing? It seems like these guys couldn’t wait to go home. When a place suppose to close at a certain time that’s when you stop serving customers. I don’t think this facility doesn’t care about anything as mentioned by other Unilocalers. To top it off, as we walked in, we felt stickiness on the floor so I’m assuming these guys don’t clean very well. Went here once and glad we didn’t order and we’re glad we didn’t. We probably would’ve ended having food poisoning. This facility is a joke. Beware.

This Subway is in walking distance from my home so regardless of having 2 prior negative experiences, I went back one last time and feel stupid for having done so… I’ve never been so disrespected with poor customer service! There was a very long line due to the lunch rush with two sloppy and messy looking girls working and a guy sitting in the back making unprofessional comments at them. They all socialized together the whole time, moving very slowly, slapping together the food while handling money and food at the same time without changing gloves. When a woman made a comment about not changing the gloves after touching dirty money, the girl shot her a glare that burned a hole through the poor woman’s head for what felt like a whole minute, took her gloves off and returned to making her sandwhich and socializing Inappropriately with the other employees. I couldn’t believe it! I can see there is a consistent pattern of this happening to myself and others and NOTHINGHASHAPPENED!!! What’s going on over there?!? Ill never go back again and I will be making sure to warn all my neighbors to stay away.

I write this review with regret as I normally don’t like to write a bad review as I know the effects this could have on a business. However I will make an exception here as I have been here several times because I live in the neighborhood. My last visit I ordered 2 subs that were thrown together by a young lady whom didn’t seem to be very happy that she worked there. I felt as if I was wasting there time as they tried to clean up the kitchen while I ordered. You know when you go out to eat you want to feel welcomed a warm smile goes a long way in providing good customer service. I could go on and on about the service and food here. The bottom line is the food, customer service and experience is POOR!

I guess I am lucky to not have ended up like Nicholas A. No runs for me! lol After being stuck in two hours of traffic coming from Long Beach, I was super hungry and needed something to hold me over until dinner time. I rarely opt for Subway, but it was the only place in this shopping center that seemed relatively healthy. I ordered the Kid’s meal that comes with a ham sandwich, apple slices and a drink for less than $ 5. Some places don’t let anyone over the age of 12 order kids meals, so I was hesitant to ask, but getting a whole 6″ sub would’ve been too much to be a «snack». I asked the guy and he said«Sure.» I thought that was pretty cool. Next, he whipped up my simple ham sammy and loaded it with all the veggies he could fit on the 3″ bread, just like I asked him to. That’s really all I wanted. The customer service was great, the food was exactly what I wanted, and I even got to wash it down with a chocolate milk!

This is one of the worst Subways I’ve ever been to. I will never go back to this location, even though it is walking distance from my home. On my first negative experience, the girl who made my sandwich was skimpy on the ingredients and she looked stoned out of her mind. Second time I came in before 9am to get that buy one get one free promo and a different girl said it was for breakfast sandwiches only, which the sign does not state, plus two different Subways gave me a regular sandwich. So this place will not get my money. They are very cheap
