Subway

Since they were bought by a new owner they fired or ran out a the good staff and seriously under make their orders. Such a disappointment. How can you seriously make a tuna xta cucumber and Spinach wrong. Ask them. They will ignore your request and continue to incorrectly make your food. I run a business myself so I understand that their might be a charge in EXTRA anything and I’m ready to pay but just to ignore the request like its not there is plain stupid. The old owner did charge for extra items but I didn’t care because I was make how I liked and wanted, with a smile, a conversation, and awesome customer service. You wont get any of that now just mediocre food and don’t worry about any extra charges; they won’t do it! Luckily it’s a convenient place for foods. The only good part is that it’s CHEAP! In all manners.

New subway was nice. Only 1 person working and person ahead ordered 12 samdwiches. Won’t go there again. Why only one person working. Besides that isn’t even safe for that employee.

This has to be one of the worst subway shops in the temecula/​murrieta area. I was served by «Arturo», while making my sandwich he continuously tried to put the minimum amount of ingredients, I had to ask him repeatedly to put more ingredients… and showed visual frustration every time I requested he add a little more… I also had asked if he could substitute my soda in my meal for a cookie and he refused. that was ok, but then he charged me for the meal and failed to give me the cup for the fountain drink, when I realized 5 minutes later that I was charged for the meal, I requested my drink cup and he made assumptions as if I was lying…
I will never return to this subway, the subway on Murrieta hot springs by Denny’s is a much better location with friendly employees that work with the customer not against the customer. So sad that these types of employees forget who pays their wages, without the customer they will be out of a job.

This subway was clean and the service was just ok. My only complaint was that they are so stingy with every thing. I constantly had to tell them to put more veggies on my sandwich. It’s like they love to sprinkle their toppings on the sandwich as if their weighing everything! I only come to this subway only if I’m in a rush!
