I received excellent customer service from the time I walked in the front door to the time I left. Usually I accompany my wife and find a chair while she shops but today I want to surprise her so I picked her out an outfit and 2 associates gave great input about multiple outfits. Thx chicos I’ll be back again And would definitely recommend you guys.

I’m a regular at Soma which is next door to Chicos and love their products, so I stop in every once in a while. It seems like recently the customer service has improved and the staff is very helpful and friendly!
The store always has great deals going on, and they always have new clothing in the store every time I stop in! The clothing is very high quality and they match up the clothes with jewelry, so it takes the guess work out of it!
It seems like the store now has more life and more warmth and I will be in more regularly!

I too have experienced rudeness from sales assistants in Chico’s both in Orange County and Temecula. They are definitely very rude if you have not dressed VERY nicely when you visit the store. I called the Temecula store to ask a question about their sizes and the person on the phone was very short and rude. I would expect a bit more professionalism and courtesy from this type of store. They just lost my sales I’m done.

I have been a Chico’s customer for many yrs. The Temecula location is not as well stocked as the other Chico’s I have shopped especially the sale and clearance rack. There also is one customer rep. who is very rude and on several occasions I have been in the store has an attitude if you don’t appear to be dressed up to shop at Chico’s.
