Chipotle Mexican Grill

Bf went in for pork burritos last night and we both woke up with a stomach ache… Not going back

My boyfriend and I went into chipotle yesterday to have a nice lunch, we were soon interrupted by the loud, raunchy music being played. It was absolutely ghetto and ruined my meal! Will not be coming back!

We always have a great experience at this chipotle ! Honestly we go there a lot and never had a bad experience with service or food! They get some serious thumbs up from our family !!

Every time I go in, my burrito is rolled extremely improperly, And their customer service skills are extremely low. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a burrito. A bowl maybe. But I have had to give my last 3 burritos to my dogs because they seem to love hiring a staff without training nor knowledge of proper food handling.

Came here for a early dinner, took my kiddos straight to the bathroom As one is potty training. Waited and waited for the women’s restroom, said screw it and got the code to go in males. Both kids went to the restroom, came out and out of the locked women’s restroom was 2 chipotle workers… Really??? You have paying customers and 2 employees in the same restroom for at least 5−8minutes!!! Ordered my food. Barbacoa was gross… So disappointed in my visit!

Had chipotle yesterday… spent 12 hours puking my brains out! Thanks chicken burrito bowl for the delicious food poisoning!

Extremely fast. Friendly. The food is fresh and tastes great. I would recommend going to this location.

Consistently great. They never let me down and I go there twice a week. Great company.

I have been back in to this location several times and lately they are doing a great job! I would now fully recommend them with the exception of parking and limited seating… which is fine most of the time.

I recall when this location first open the people and the food was great… Unlike today where the attitudes are lousy and the food is served tasteless and cold… I was at another location in Sacramento this week… everything was great, therefore. I think its just this location!

I’ve never had a bad experience with this location which is why I don’t understand such low ratings. Okay yes the portions are a little small but to me the food is good and the prices aren’t too bad. I actually like the industrial feel because it’s not the norm. I just wish they stayed open later even though they close at 10. Parking can be a little rough because it’s next to a yogurt spot and Five Guys so you may not be able to premium parking but the parking lot is big. I like this Chipotle and will continue to visit here and enjoy their food.

Love getting bowls stuffed with delicious foods of my choosing. Walking to and fro definitely makes it more worth while!

I have been to several Chipolte locations, and this location gives you very small portions of meat! I have been there twice and it has been the same case both times! I plan on driving further to another Chipolte next time.

I have visited this location 3 times, all have been terrible experiences. From small portions to employees with attitude. C’mon guys step it up!

SMH! Very cheap with there with there food .! Really they barely put a good amount on my rice bowl every time I come here I need to request extra rice, chicken or sour cream. It’s so irritated !

In the beginning, I hated the fact that their scoops were so small for the $ 17+ that I’d pay for… But today, I was eating my chicken bowl and noticed a fly in my bowl. A dead fly. Gross. So because of that, «Eek! Methinks not.»

I hate to be the person reviewing a chain restaurant but really — I love Chipotle but this location is terrible! I feel like every time I go there is some problem — They are always doing very un-​Chipotle like things like putting holes in burritos, running out of fajita veggies.
If you’re craving Chipotle on the south side of town, this is hard — I almost feel like it’s worth driving to the location by the mall (on Margarita).

I have been going to this Chipotle ever since it opened and my visits here recently makes me not want to return.
My last few visits the food has been very mediocre, and the same things have been happening. I was getting parts of avocado pits in my guacamole as well as extremely hard large pieces that were so un-​ripe they were inedible. A lot of tendons and gristle were found in my chicken which is not at all appetizing. EVERY TIME I say NO cheese, and they always give me cheese. They seem to be accustomed to always putting cheese on the burritos so its like a second nature which is annoying. Listen to your costumers!
The thing that topped it all off was the young ladies who worked there, who were obviously on break, sat next to me and my five year old daughter while we were enjoying our lunch. They kept cussing, and laughing extremely loud, while dropping «F» bombs every two seconds. I am sorry but I don’t want my five year old daughter listening to such language.
I like Chipotle and what it stands for, but this was my last visit.

It’s practically always the same when I visit here and other locations too with the service. I’ve never really had a problem coming here and the workers here are so friendly.
Every time I come in there’s always a long line of course but I don’t mind it goes by quickly. They’ll ask if you want this and that and then you finally pay. I get so full off it but good thing about it is – it’s healthy! You don’t feel so sluggish after.
This place is actually small but as long I get to sit down enjoy my chicken bowl!
