This place sucked, terrible, slow service, bland dry food, had to wait twenty minutes to be seen by waitress, then had to wait 40 minutes for a chicken salad that turned out to be dry and tasteless chicken thrown on top of a bed of lettuce that looked like a pile of laundry. When we let the manager know about how long we waited. He then tried to argue with is about a four minute discrepancy in our story and the video camera! Needless to say we left and will never go back there again

We were in town for a wedding and decided to check out Devilicious for Brunch. We ended up staying for 5 hours and had a great time. Four of us ended up sharing everything and I’m so glad we did… Bacon Wrapped Mac and Cheese, Wings, Meatball Sand with truffle fries(TRY the special dipping sauce for the fries, yum), Tuna Tacos, Chicken sandwiches, Mimosas, Coffee, beer… Everything we had was amazing. Lucas clearly loves his job, the food was unique and cooked perfectly. I wish we could have tried the lobster grilled cheese… and everything else… but we were so full.

Amazing. Lobster tacos are refreshing on a hot day. Our Mac and cheese balls were perfect. The avocado egg rolls were good I’m used to different chorizo so it was a Little different but still really good. Service was great. Our waitress was super helpful. Good atmosphere!

So excited to have found this place! Had a table outside, service was excellent. Our server made a suggestion of a sandwich omitting the meat for my vegetarian friend that ended up being delicious. It had roasted brussel sprout and balsamic. I got the lobster rumble on the softest brioche roll ever. It had whole lobster claws in it and was amazing. Ahi nachos were fantastic as well. Will definitely come back.

Knocked it out of the park once again! Amazing food and amazing service. Got to chat with the Sous Chef Lucas, super nice guy. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Now they just need to open one by my house in San Marcos… but until then we will continue to make the pilgrimage.

Very disappointed on the food. This is the 2nd time there and the first time was not good either but I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t write a review bit now I have to write how I was not happy. I ordered a couple of items and they were not edible. The jalapeño poppers were huge and deep fried and not even tasty. It tasted as if they were cooked in a fryer with old oil or fried with other food products. Very little bacon and cheese in them. Presentation was horrible too. We also ordered the bacon wrapped Mac and cheese balls and those too were fried too long and they had no flavor. Very disappointed that is what they were known for and they were both tasty at all. Lastly, we shared the chicken sandwich with brie and it was ok. The best part would have been if the brie would have been melted into the chicken but it was to cold that it was not cohesive to the description given. The bread was also dry. I’m not one to be over critical but I am with this place because it has been given good reviews and it is otherwise, not at all what I experienced the 2 times I visited this establishment.

Such a delight. Had a duck confit grilled cheese and my wife had the poached lobster grilled cheese. Both were absolutely delish and reasonably priced. We also had the tomato bisque and truffle fries. This food sounds hip and fancy, but it was served like comfort food, big portions, and the atmosphere of the place is extremely welcoming. Teens, old folks, families, all having a great time, big TVs, self serve sodas, warm friendly staff. I have to recommend the nitro draft coffee. Like the best iced coffee crossed with the texture of a great draft stout. So very tasty. There’s also a wide selection of craft beers on tap. Already planning to stop by again next time passing through.

This restaurant started out as a food truck. They’ve been in thier current location about a year. We came in tonight due to a free wine tasting event. The wine was Crayvon, we never heard of it. We ordered lobster tacos for a starter. We tried some wine while we waited for the tacos. The wine tastes were so small that you got one sip… not nearly enough to sample Tacos came, the tortillas were corn and not warmed or cooked. They tasted raw like they just came put of the plastic bag. The lobster and filling was quite good. If they had lightly cooked the tortillas in oil these tacos would have rocked. We then had a chicken wrap with spicy fries. The wrap had the chicken on one side and the feta and greens and sauce on the other side. The fries rocked! All in all I doubt that I would come back.

I was blown away by this place! My friends and I met up here before going wine tasting and the service was amazing. We were greeted by the owner who told us all about how he got started(his food trucks) and himself. He was a pastry chef in Switzerland for 10 years, he has 3 food trucks(ranked in the top 5 in the country and #1 in So Cal). I was very impressed! He was so nice and funny. He told us about the beer list, he changes it weekly and picks it himself. He recommended a delicious beer that we ordered but we got the last half a glass… since the keg ran out mid pour, we got the half glass for free and a free t shirt! Then he recommended a new cider. I had the honey brie chicken sandwich… BEST. THING. EVER.

First of all, I love the name of the restaurant! Ok, if you don’t know Old Town Temecula be prepared to look for parking if you don’t get to the general area early. This is a busy area! When you arrive, you are greeted by the hostess at the front. You will find a large open space with plenty of seating. The atmosphere is alive, everyone enjoying good food and company. Hmmm, what to eat? Someone from our group mentioned Duck Confit Grilled Cheese w/Parm Garlic Fries, and Unilocaler’s raved about it too. I am not a fan of dishes with duck, but, it’s time to try again, especially if it’s incorporated in a Grilled Cheese sandwich! Wow! What a surprise on my part! The bread was grilled perfectly with just enough spread of jelly that gave this grilled cheese sandwich a touch of sweetness. Each bite had the right amount of crunch and the flavor was just wonderful! The fries were delicious, but the sandwich was Devilicious! I will surely be back, oh how I want to try everything on the menu, but yet I want to enjoy another Duck Confit Grilled Cheese Sandwich!

Since my first review I have come back here several times and have brought several guests with me. I fall in love with this place more and more each time. Everyone I have brought here loves it! The Butter Poached Lobster Grilled Cheese is phenomenal, I get it every time with different sides(which are each amazing choices!). Last night I tried the fried bacon wrapped Mac n cheese balls with this killer dipping sauce, and I fell in freaking love with them! Decadent? Yes! Worth every bite? YES! One friend got a flight of beer that he enjoyed, one got a blackberry lime mimosa, and I got the peach orange mimosa. Service was perfect, place was immaculate and that includes the bathrooms. If you live in the area, what are you waiting for? You must eat here!

With 3 food trucks & a restaurant, the owner/chef is a super cool guy, very personable. Not to mention that his food is awesome. We had ahi poke Banh mi, buffalo chicken & short ribs sandwich. Our food was flavorful & very tasty! There are 32 dipping sauce available & we just let the chef picked what best go with our food. Yes, we were waited on by the owner. His staff is also friendly & attentive. If you are into craft beer, this is the place to visit. Many flavors to choose, the list is long. Food menu & beer are rotating so they will be different all the time. Be sure to save room for dessert, with 10 years of making sweets in Switzerland, his dessert has got to be out of this world. Over all, we had a very pleasant experience, food was yummy-licious & customer service was great. Strongly recommend this place.

I had a girlfriend call me up for a sunday lunch, which I agreed an picked her up. We drove over the mountain, 45 mintues of are we there yets. We had made it, just in time for a parking spot to open up right in front. We sat out on the patio people watching and ordered our food. Bloodymarys with ice tea to start off with bacon wrapped mac & cheese balls! To die for the bacon crisp and macball cheesy get with the dipping sauce. My girlfriend and I shared the duck confetti grilled cheese with bacon parm cheese fries. To get my greens I added a cesar salad and my friend ordered a cup of the soup of the day, which was a tomato basil. Yum everything was delicious!

Chimmichurri steak with bacon fries. Let me just tell you. Everything on this menu is worth every penny. I didn’t finish my food, I devoured it. Down to the last and shredded cheese stuck to the paper. If you closed your eyes and probably sat outside this definitely would taste like food truck food and it doesn’t disappoint. If I could eat here everyday I would. Service from the second we stepped in was superb. Well thought out menu. It’s located in what I think is the best part of Old Town. Not in the middle where all the traffic gathers. The ambiance was good, loud but you can hold a conversation without yelling and fun for kids too. I would recommend this to my friends and family. Plan to visit again soon. Thanks Devilicous!

This place is absolutely delicious! It is comfort food at its finest! A large group of us decided to come to celebrate our friend’s birthday and the staff was more than willing to accommodate us and give us great service– they were even amazing enough to split the bill how ever many ways we wanted to(automatic 5-stars for that because it’s so rare in restaurants to offer to do it)!! The food was quite delicious! Everyone loved their sandwiches and fries. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and the truffle fries. It was splendid and I felt like I was in fat girl heaven! One thing I must say is that the food is kind of expensive– $ 12.50 for a sandwich and $ 2 more for truffle fries instead of regular fries. My friend ordered a lobster grilled cheese and it looked yummy and filled with lots of lobster as well as bacon garlic fries which was an additional $ 2 as well. The garlic aioli was so good that I asked for extra on the side to dip my fries in! 2 sandwiches and french fries and a beer was about $ 48 including tax and tip. That’s kind of expensive! However, the food is quite good so it’s worth you checking out at least once!

The onion rings are so good! This is one of the best emerging places on the Old Town scene. They have an amazing beer selection/pricing list. The staff are friendly and management interacts with customers to ensure satisfaction is guaranteed. I recommend giving them a try if you like craft beer and devilicious food!

I want to thank Devilicious and its awesome employees for a great first night dining in with them. They have a bar and a bakery included inside their restaurant. Hate it or love it but waiting is worth it. We were seated within a half hour but I was able to order a flight while I waited for our table. Good vibes and watching the NCAA game provided good entertainment for me. Unilocal should do a YEE here but too bad I won’t be able to attend it since I violated the policy guidelines this year. Oh well. They should have a Devilicious in every city because that is how good they are!!! Blow up the Hooters in Vegas, that would be a good spot for Devilicious to conquer… just my personal recommendation, suggestion, wish.

Another fantastic experience at Devilicious Eatery! We went in for their happy hour to grab some beers and snacks, their tap selection is absolutely killer!!! They had an Alesmith tap takeover with so many great choices, and about 40 taps total. I know my craft beers and they had some I’d never heard of, many from around SoCal and definitely a style for everyone. I got the Mother Earth Cali Creamin, yummm. Our server, Sofia, was amazing. She was very nice and super helpful, giving us mini tastes of any beers we wanted before we made up our minds. And she was super knowledgeable about her beers! We were able to hang outside in the patio with our dog and ordered the Ahi Nachos to share. OMG as good as the last time, so delicious!!! With $ 2 off their beers and $ 2 off their small plates, you can’t go wrong! Check it out, their full menu is also incredible!

I like not having to worry about where the Devilicious truck will be next. I’ve followed this truck on the The Great Food Truck Race on Food Network years before, I’ve had their sandwiches when they were only making their rounds in San Diego and I went to their restaurant in San Diego(Wich Addiction) and now this place. You can say I’m a supporter of delicious sandwiches. We were in the area and decided to stop in here for dinner with our family. It wasn’t as packed as it usually is, especially for a Friday, which was nice for us. We were able to watch the tv and hear each other talk, I liked it. Our waitress was really kind and kept checking on us even before the food came out. She brought out coloring pages and crayons for my kids and promptly got the milks out in cute little cups with straws and lids out for them. I usually get the All Crab Crab cake but this past visit, I got the butter poached lobster grilled cheese. My husband got the buffalo chicken melt with onion rings. I ordered for my kids from the Lil’ Devils section and got them a grilled cheese and chose a side of fruits. The sandwiches were generously big, especially for the kids so I’m glad I only got one order for them to share. My butter poached lobster grilled cheese tasted more like shrimp grilled cheese. The lobster didn’t taste tender. In fact, I’m convinced they gave me the wrong order because the lobster tasted that rubbery. It was still good… if it was a shrimp grilled cheese, but for lobster, I felt like it could have been a bit more tender. I got the parmesan truffle fries to go with it, which cost extra and the waitress clarified that with me just to make sure. I liked that she did that.
