This place is so slow. It’s been 1 hour and the intake staff hasn’t even called my name. There are 2 people in the back. Only 1 person has signed in with an apt. The 8 out of 10 people are still waiting and the same people when it got here.

They suck I drive all the way from San Diego and they wouldn’t take me in. All I needed was a simple blood test that you don’t require an appointment for.

Fast service but the Mexican lady (or whatever she is) is rude! Skipped me 2 times when she knew I had to pee for my urine test, acts like she’s on the phone until a new patient walks in. She gladly takes her right back.

Give me the Money$$. Before they drew my blood they wanted $ 200 up front. I explained I have met my deductible and it should be covered. She assured me it was their policy now and I would get it back. Weird as I have never had that experience before at a lab. I would have gone elsewhere but the paperwork from my dr was to go to quest and he was in orange county. I paid and they were happy to take my blood. I tried later to contact them. It is impossible the phone line just runs you in circles and actually tells you they will not allow you to get to a customer service person only automated scheduling or paying of bill. Why am I not surprised. They direct you to online but you are unable to live chat or send an email unless you have a lab number so good luck. It is virtually impossible to get thru to a human. I called and I am still on the line for 45 minutes and counting. They want to take your money and good luck getting it back. I called my insurance and they said I should not have had to pay anything over $ 60. Don’t go here. They don’t care about anything but getting your money. and they wont refund the money owed to you.

Once a year for my work I come here for blood, bmi, cholesterol testing etc. The staff is always very friendly.
The only thing holding this place back from 5 stars is the wait is usually a bit long. They say you could wait up to 20 minutes without an appointment, well, I always make an appointment and usually wait that long…
Other than than the wait this place is a 4 star business!

I absolutely HATE having blood work done. I came here completely grumpy and not at all pleased about the prospect of being poked at. I came in, went straight to the back room, no wait time at all. They were so fast and efficient I didn’t even have time to get freaked out. As soon as I sat down, I was pretty much done. Perfect! Anytime my doctor sends me for blood work I will be here!

Had to do a drug test for school. Made an appointment online to have my test done. I was in the area so I went there an hour early. They were able to see me and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Not bad. I have had to wait hours at other locations even with an appointment.
