This place is great if you want to experience a fun and easy going country bar. It’s 18+ and is $ 17 to get it, little much… They have a great dancing area, bull riding machine, multiple bars, lots of tables and outdoor smoking area, plus many pool tables. There are many military members here since it is close to Pendleton! Fun place in general, could reduce prices a little.

I have been coming to the Stampede for years. Over the years they seem to play more hip hop music and less country but that is okay because I love to dance. There is always a good crowd and the bartenders are always friendly and know how to make a good drink. Other reviews say that they had issues with the bartenders but I never have in all the years. If you like to dance then this is defiantly the place to go.

No no no. Came here mostly to listen to some good country music & have some drinks but their sound system is so awful! And they hardly played country. First thing we noticed is how crappy it sounded. 2nd– this is place allows 18& up and I feel like all I saw was young kids with a black«x» on their hand indicating they are under 21. The bar lines were non existent which tells me this is a kid hang out. No thanks! I can’t believe we paid $ 10 each to get in! There shouldn’t be a cover.

When I visit my family in Murrieta, we like to go to the Stampede. The music is great, there’s lots of dancing, and lots of hot marines. On Saturdays, they have a mechanical bull and it’s only $ 5 to ride. There are many bartenders so you don’t have to wait too long for a drink, but their skill level is very hit or miss. The cover is a little pricy, at $ 10 for over 21 and $ 17 for under 21 to get in after 9pm. This weekend I had problem with a bartender. The problem is the bartender who was making drinks for the server didn’t know basic drinks. I ordered a cosmopolitan. She asked what was in that. I told her. She came back and told me the bartender didn’t know how to make it. So I ordered a grasshopper. She came back, the bartender doesn’t know that one either. My group started discussing drinks, and I ended up ordering a liquid marijuana. She came back with the other drinks, and told me mine would be right out, the bartender was looking up the recipe. Like are you kidding me? You couldn’t look up the recipe for a cosmopolitan? Later on in the night I did get my cosmopolitan, from the very capable man tending bar just inside the door leading out to the smoking area. And it was good.

Thank you for kicking me out by association, I really really appreciate it, because apparently if somebody underage is drinking next to you, you’re to blame, even if you’re completely sober. What a great establishment.

It was 630pm on a Saturday night and they wanted a $ 10 cover charge with an empty bar??? They would have made more money in alcohol from our group of 6. We went elsewhere.

I don’t love it dont hate it, but if you are over 22 and have a real job there are better places unless you want to ride a bull or have a friend who refuses all music but country.

So much fun! The only downside is the drive but totally worth it.

This place was so much fun. We went on a Monday and not only had a line dancing class, rode the bull, but sang the night away at Karaōke as well. The only MAJOR downside was the customer service behind the food counter. It’s bar food, but that is not the problem. Because it is edible bar food. The problem was the gentlemen behind the food counter. His service was SUPER slow, and instead of trying to make up for it with any effort to be a decent human being. He chose to act like the orders being placed were and inconvenience, and we as patrons should not be bothering him with such frivolousness as food. Go, have fun… just eat before.

This is one of my favorite country line dancing bars. The dance floor is humongous and it is not too slippery nor is it too sticky. The dance floor is perfect. The music is not too loud so I don’t feel like my hearing will be damaged and I can still communicate with people. The line dances were intricate and fun and the DJ played almost all of my line dancing requests. I was pleased to dance to older dances to older songs that I thought had been retired all together. One thing I did not like was that the waitress took my unfinished drink twice when I was out on the dance floor. I spent $ 4 on a shirley temple(it was delicious and I wanted to drink it) and the waitress swiped it while I was two stepping. She did this a second time with my water. I dance up a sweat at the Stampede and when I come back to my table for a rest, I am thirsty! The waitress also took my line dancing lesson flyer while I was up dancing. I assume that she took it to throw it away but I had been saving it and looking it over so that I could come to future line dance lessons. The line dance instruction was fabulous. I learned an intermediate dance that was to a cool song and the teacher instructed each step(with lots of practice in between) so that the students learned the dance perfectly. The ladies room was clean at first, but later started to run out of toilet paper and eventually there was vomit on the floor. That was disgusting but it does happen since it is a bar with alcohol. I just wish the girls would vomit in the toilet and flush it in order to demonstrate their good manners. I would much prefer having paper towels to the hand dryers since a paper towel is needed to blot lipstick.

I was in town to visit family who live in Temecula and they said this was the place to go dancing. For something close and fun! I country line dance in the greater Reno/Sparks area and thought it would be fun to see some of their dances and dancing techniques! One of the things that intrigued me was the HUGE dance floor! I’m so incredibly jealous because we don’t have much to work with in Reno! ;) They even have guard rails set up around the outside for the swing dancers, which I thought was wonderful! Though, I will put into account that I was here on a Monday.(12÷18÷15) And was told this place is much livelier on the weekends, which makes sense! :) They at least had karaōke on a Monday, which was fun and interactive with the guests. But honestly, in general– it was just a really awkward experience. The dancers at Stampede were just kind of spinning around. all over the floor, goofing off, jumping around, flipping over the guard rails and some were even laying on the dance floor wrestling one another. Now, we have an 18+ country bar/grille in my town, but they seem to be a bit more well behaved mainly because the facilities take care of any disruptions. As for another awkward experience, there was a younger woman who did not look older than 21+ who may or may not have been very drunk(although she really did seem like it) who was singing karaōke, hopping around from table to table touching and dancing with any guy should could get her hands on while being loud and bad mouthed when declined. Anyway, wasn’t the experience I heard they’re known for. and I would probably give this place another try next time I’m in the area, but for now, the one experience I did have didn’t rub me the right way. Two stars for the dance floor and the karaōke fun! The DJ was nice and the place seems like it has potential.

This is the worst bar I have ever been to. It is to pricey for the awful service you get. Everyone that works there is rude… Please go somewhere else because this place is very disappointing. Try the branding Iron, it is a better environment.

Went here last night. This was our first time back in years. This is supposed to be a country bar but the majority of the music they play isn’t even country. The crowd tends to be the early twenties crowd. If your looking to hang out with a bunch of fake wannabe Cowboys this is the perfect place for you.

The dance floor is judgement free for the awkward dancers. If you show up early you’ll find a few of the older generation couples dancing, which is unbelievably sweet to watch. I’ve seen a couple bachelorette girls here. They have a great guys vs girls dance towards the end they gets hot and heavy. Their drinks are a bit $$ for the size but the bartenders are good at getting you your fix fast. Food is really greasy though. They have a nice backyard area outside to cool down your moving legs.

It’s 12 dollars to get in after 7pm. The guy at the door looks like he hates his job. He’s rude and acts like a police officer even though he’s just a rent a cop. I’m talking about you skinny white dude with the bald head and chihuahua eyes*! The drinks are more expensive than bars in the local area. Mechanical bull is 5 bucks to use and you get 2 lame 10 second tries. I noticed the girl controlling the mechanical bull was actually controlling the difficulty on it. She would make it harder on other girls than the ones she liked. Why hate on people give them all the same difficulty. Pool is one dollar to play. Overall the only good thing from this money hungry desperate establishment is the one dish sample appetizer for $ 6.50 I will never come back again. Such a rip off.

I love coming here. For a good night out. That being said they just raised cover charge which is rediculious to me. Remind me why I am paying to get in somewhere to spend money to drink? It is completely rediculious. Drinks are always strong and delicious but when the cost to get in is the same cost as two drinks I have a tendency to drink less.

Pros: Fun crowd, huge dance floor, great friendly people, a lot of people dressed up nicely and Western-like. Cons: $ 4 water or dehydrate to death. A bunch of basic bros(military hair cut, jeans, t shirt, baseball cap, clean shaven). Get some cowboy boots and get your ass dancing!

If you want to country dance, you have found your place! The crowd seemed a bit on the young side… and maybe a little of the blue collar class. It is a good place for a drink and some good people watching. The bull is always entertaining.
